“I am an interior designer and interviewed Jeff Homans for one of my clients located in Panama City. She moved on to hire him and we worked alongside each other for over a year. His work, knowledge and professionalism were excellent. The client is extremely happy. Jeff stayed on top of contractors and the budget.”

“Saunders Services was hired to do a major cleanup, makeover and beautification of our large marshfront property lands and grounds. 60 year old azalias, camellias and other plantings were brought back to life, and some were replaced. These were mostly plants moved from family properties in the 1950's.The property was an overgrown jungle wanting to go back to nature. Century old oak trees were NOT to be removed and we wanted the yard to look like it did in its heyday and beautiful, flowing, and not professionally landscaped. I did request that Saunders put in some pine straw islands to encircle areas of the yard that would be enhanced by this, and also where grass simply would not grow.Askd that some ugly, rogue plants be transplanted to new locations in the yard (Elephant Ears, Cast Iron Plants, Asparagus plants, Spanish Bayonets to list a few.) Removed some cedar trees also. Had to split the complete rebirth of the yard into two projects because of the costs per section. The DNR is restrictive of any changes near the marsh line and we respected that very carefully. The work will continue as we replace older foundation shrubs that have simply outlived their worth....ground covers have been added, invasive plants and vines have been carefully removed from trees and the grounds. Using the basic original plan and renewing it for today was a major request for me. Saunders Services not only did that, but joined me in the excitement of bringing back this property and making it beautiful again. It wasn't planned....it just grew and was enjoyed and respected. My husband and I have always done our own "yard work, mowing, trimming, cutting shrubs and seasonal plantings"...from Atlanta, to Dayton, OH, to Rome, NY, and to Atlanta again. We enjoyed doing it and found it very worthwhile. We can no longer do it. Saunders now handles our routine yard service and we are extremely happy with them. The crews are well trained, respectful, and I gladly welcome them when they arrive. Prices seem very reasonable to me. I would gladly recommend them to others seeking special services or regular maintenance for their property. Please contact me if you need additional information. Marguerite S. Williams”
