“I have had multiple jobs completed in my home by Kyle Edwards who runs Fine Lines Painting. I have had bedrooms repainted and textured with chair rail trim installed and painted, baseboards installed and painted as well. Kyle fixed a wall(previous owner tried to fix) that needed re-sanding and texturing as well. That turned out great which my wife is very happy about!! Almost forgot to mention the sheetrock repair/patching he did which turned out great. He replaced the light switches in the house as well. What I really like about this guy Kyle is that he worked around my schedule and he always had a good demeanor about him. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and anyone else that I know who wants any painting done. Already working out with Kyle when the exterior of the house will be painted.”

“Mark & his crew painted our home's exterior in Sun City Lincoln Hills 11 years ago. The paint had a limited warranty of 7 years & is just now starting to look a little faded& the trim is a little checked so I'm going to call him again for a quote. They were fast, polite, & punctual (In other words professional!) & didn't leave any overspray issues or messes.”

If I’d met Chris when I started managing properties years ago, I would never need another painter. He is an honest, reliable and conscientious person. Chris always does what he says he is going to do and finishes his jobs on time. His work is professional and pricing is either medium or low, compared to other bids I receive. He has done work in multiple locations over the years. He’s also painted several rental properties as well. As a Property Manager you are always looking for reliable, professional vendors. “Jeff and his crew painted all the trim and the eaves on our two story home and did an amazing job. The eaves had never been painted so they had to do three coats of paint. The whole crew was thorough and extremely neat! There were no paint drops anywhere! His prices are reasonable and they finished in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them!”
