We had our appoint all set up to have Nathan’s company start the paint job but we didn’t get the keys in time and had to reschedule. “Jennifer Carr Painting repainted the entire exterior of our house and detached garage. They also painted a number of interior rooms and ceilings. Our experience was very good. The owner of the company came by promptly when called for a quote, asked a lot of questions, made copious notes, and took numerous photographs. She was very professional and pleasant to deal with. A detailed quotation was submitted in short order. The company showed up on the agreed date and the company owner personally supervised the entire job which took a number of weeks. The employees were friendly, professional, and respectful. I was very impressed with their organization, thoroughness, and attention to detail. A complete description of the work was posted onsite for the duration of the project. They spent a lot more effort than I anticipated preparing and repairing the surfaces prior to actually painting them. It's refreshing to see that kind of commitment to quality even on parts of the job that won't be visible after the job is done. This was clearly a team that worked together often and well. The entire site was clean when they left. The owner returned after the job was complete and reviewed the entire job with us to ensure we were satisfied. There were no unexpected charges and the job was completed on time. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.”

“We hired Mills Painting to finish a stair renovation - railings, treads, risers and mouldings - using a sprayed-on clear lacquer. The project required a lot of preparation - taping, masking and poly sheeting as the stairway is in the centre of our home and has 3 flights plus a floating landing. The work was performed over the Christmas break, and we were not at home during that time. We handed them the keys and when we returned, all the work was complete, everything had been cleaned up and the quality of the work was first rate. We have received many positive comments on the results.”
