“Authentic Maintenance gets 5 stars plus from myself and all the 42 residents of Regal of Manor Lakes in Imperial Golf Course for the outstanding job they did in our garages after being flooded by Hurricane Ian! From sheetrock, painting and wood moulding the work performed was outstanding! The work force was very professional and was always there to answer any questions the owners had! They completed the extensive job on a timely bases. The Sales and Marketing officer Matt was often on sight. His own knowledge of the business and how to address everything needed was so appreciated. We have also contracted Authenic Maintenance to install 38 back entrance garage doors along with granite coating the garage floors. They will also be installing rain spouts. I would highly recommend them for doing any of the Multiple Service’s they have to offer! Kindly.. Doug Berlet Regal of Manor Lakes HOA President”

“Fred Jannino is an oustanding painter and I reccomend his company without reservation. I hired Fred's company to paint my clothing boutique. Obviously, this is an area where you want to make the best impression on your clients, so it had to be perfect. The building was older and the walls had many imerfections, so there was a lot of prep work required. The Janninos did an outstanding job. They were never late, typically early, and they worked long days and weekends to see that I stayed on schedule with the other sub-contractors and that my business opened in time. I found them to be professional in every way and their work was impeccable. The finsihed probuct could not have been any better. I will be hiring them again soon to do some work in my home. “We had several rooms in our Florida home painted by Audrey Jake of Renaissance Decor. We have faux painting in most rooms but very subtle faux in warm colors. Audrey hand painted decorative plants in various areas of our kitchen. Her ideas & color selections are most important when you have no idea where to begin. She is very tidy & pays most attention to detail. Most recently Audrey painted an area of our lanai, & again painted ceramic pots on the walls. Audrey has unique ideas & makes the job stress free for you, as you can let her run with her ideas & you will not be disappointed. Renaissance Decor are true artists!!”
