“Recently bought a home to remodel and then use as a rental. Mark Landon had painted the exterior of the home for the previous owner. I was impressed with his exterior work, so hired him to paint the remodeled interior. When completed, the interior had 4 different colors of paint, including several accent walls. Mark did an excellent job, completed on time, cleaned up after he was done, and worked well with the contractor. I will hire Mark Landon Painting for future painting projects.”

“Splat Paint worked at our house during a remodel several years ago. They were initially hired to do our kitchen and pool bath, but their work was so amazing that we expanded the job to include 3 more rooms, ceilings, moulding and some doors. They did faux finishes on our walls and ceilings, faux wood on some walls and moldings, and also did faux brick work on our pool bath wall and butler's pantry and some lettering on our kitchen wall. Their work is simply spectacular! It was beyond our expectations and worth every cent we spent. Splat Paint gave us the exact look we wanted and brought all the pieces together. To this day my husband says Jeff Monsein is the best "carpenter" he's ever seen because the faux wood he painted on our orange peel walls still has to be touched for people to believe it is not real wood. We just can't say enough about their work, creativity and professionalism; and they are such nice people! Splat Paint is welcome in our house any time!”

“AIC Painting pressure washed, performed thorough preparation caulking and sealing entire exterior of our stilt home which is much more challenging due to the height and roof angles! The pressure washing included our metal roof which other companies were unable to accomplish. All the staff were professional, courteous, and experienced. The final exterior paint finish is beautiful and durable. Our home looks better than when it was built over 20 years ago!”

“I first hired them to do interior painting on a project in Jacksonville Florida they were quick and clean I also hired them to do a project in Tampa the tile floor was already installed. I now know why the company is called tuxedo painting, they came in with no drop cloths, no tape and didn’t spill a drop of paint. They could literally paint in Tuxedo.”
