“To all who are contemplating a building project, I have no hesitation in highly recommending Perth Residential Architect to design and manage your building project, Antony designed and managed our residential property in Victoria Park for us from start to finish, and having to deal with the shire council in regard to the design requirements of the heritage listed area we planned to build in, Antony dealt with the tender process in the selection of a builder to construct our house, and the recommendation of certain contractors to carry out important work, our build sounds complex but was made easy for us with Antony as our building manager. Please if you are considering a design and building project, then do yourself a favour and at least speak to Antony from Perth Residential Architect Jenny and I wish you all well with your building project Brian Reeves”

“I bought a house that was almost 60 years old. Besides requiring new wiring and plumbing, the bathrooms were both ugly and functioned poorly. I hired on the ball because they had redone the bathrooms in my previous residence and I had been very happy with the results. They worked well with a team of guys to bring my house up to livability and secured all correct council permissions for me to install a bathroom in my basement which was to become my studio. One of On the Balls great strengths is that they pays attention not only to the functionality of the spaces they alter but to the aesthetics and to small details that could easily be overlooked. The main bathroom was tiny and inconvenient. Shane knocked out the linen closet next to it creating much more space and a perfect place for the bathtub. He installed a heater and good lighting. Again, because i am short, he installed the shower at a height that works for me. Besides the fittings the advice on selecting everything from flooring, to tiles to tubs and sinks has been invaluable. Shane and James have good taste combined with his sensitivity to my needs, extensive knowledge of materials and processes and his ability to think outside the box have created a home I love to live in and inviting to my friends. Thanks guys”

“I was asked to find an Architect by my employer with some experience in heritage regulations and residential renovations sympathetic to the Subiaco architecture. I started with the internet and Suzanne Hunt's profile got my attention. After reading her web page, I knew immediately my employer would relate to her style and approach so I organised a meeting between them. The night of the meeting, I received a text from my Employer that very precisely gave me the confirmation that my instincts were correct in choosing Suzanne. My employer wrote: Suzanne Hunt is perfect. Great find!! Spoke for 2 hours. Really good info, advice & presentation. Would love to work with her on something if not Subi. Have lots to think about. Suzanne was honest in her feedback regarding the Subiaco property highlighting the weaknesses of the property for renovation and the reality of over capitalizing by carrying out the renovation ideas my Employer had in mind. My Employer is now motivated to look out for another property in the area so that she can involve Suzanne in the renovation project.”

“We contacted Emma and Paul to provide a quote on rebuilding our old, warped deck. We were really impressed with their professionalism and enthusiasm for the project as well as the competitive price. Paul and Adam did an incredible job with the deck, we are so happy with the result!! They kept us informed with progress along the way and left the site spotless when the job was done. They provided us with really useful information on how to look after and care for our beautiful new deck. We couldn't recommend them highly enough! “I engaged Refresh renovations Perth to open up my kitchen/dining/lounge/study into a larger space and modernise it. They took care of the engineering, planning, building and finishing. My experience with them was very, very good and I highly recommend their services. They engaged great planners and designers and their tradespeople were top notch. The build went smoothly and I was informed of progress regularly and consulted regularly. Nothing was too much trouble with them or their trades. If you're looking for a team in Perth that can take care of your building project I recommend you engage Refresh Renovations.”

“Westcoast Bricklaying PTY LTD has been Associated with Westmade Homes for over 10 years, and in that time we have been engaged to produce varied projects around the state, we also work for various other Builders including Webb &Brown Neaves , so we know what we are talking about !
