“I live in an older home and completed the first half of a large renovation that included lots of nasty work - removing old solarium, plumbing, electrical....complete bathroom renovation, built-in cabinets, moldings, painting, plaster repair, fixtures.......They did a great job! Easy to work with/communicate with. They were honest and detail oriented. They made lots of great suggestions and shared ideas based on experience. They have become my "go to guys" for my small jobs and I will be using them again for my next large project.”

“Pat and his crew did a major renovation, including a two level addition, on our 50 year+ brick home. He kept us informed throughout of unexpected developments and their consequences, including costs, and offered helpful advice on the ways to address them. His crew was conscientious, respectful and cleaned up to allow us to live in the home through the bulk of the construction. Pat liaised effectively with kitchen installers and others needed throughout the project. His team's work was of consistent high quality. Since completing the first renovation we have hired Pat again for two additional projects - a renovation of our basement bedroom and bathroom, and the installation of a new fence. All of these projects have been completed beyond our expectations. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Pat and his team.”

“We worked with Charlotte from concept to finished plans. She made this process enjoyable and solved for problems we could not imagine. She effectively acted as our liaison with the building inspectors to get approvals on new and innovative heating and air conditioning systems for a small build. She also secured comparisons for beams, all the while keeping in mind my requirements for the cleanest building materials possible. Her understanding of the building codes and language made us feel comfortable with our final decisions. She walked the property and made suggestions we will certainly implement, like burying the power line for a beautiful final finish. She has certainly gone above and beyond what was required professionally. We love this house, and it's not even built yet, thanks to Charlotte. We strongly recommend Charlotte.”

“The first thing about ensuring a successful home project outcome is to get a solid recommendation from a satisfied previous client. We did that. Innocently, in fact, as we were invited to a neighbours' home for dinner and were 'wowed' by the kitchen renovation they had undertaken. We have a 30 year old home and it WAS time. We set a budget, had a concept in mind and called two companies for quotes. Monique at Halifax Cabinetry met our budget constraints and got our go ahead. From there, the project was almost effortless. Monique met with us (always as scheduled), embracing our vision and helping choose colours that complimented each choice. She was entirely professional. Installation day came and went, and the transformation was sensational. The invoice came and was exactly as quoted. So I mentioned that the project was almost effortless...almost, because I have YET to decide on a colour of tile for the backsplash. Too many viable options!”

“We hired Jason and his team for a renovation/update to our 17 year old home after he gave us an in-home consultation on our plans. We are “handy” homeowners and enjoy a good project but I was thankful over and over during our renovation for Jason’s management of the flow of jobs. His team and subcontractors were respectful and accommodating, the quality of work was excellent. We lived in the house through the renovation and were impressed with the condition the work site was left in each day. Jason was always available and stressed several times to me that what was most important was that I was happy with results. Work on our home included preparation for a new kitchen installation (doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, flooring, drywall, painting, tiling), a rebuilt staircase, flooring removal and installation, new molding and doors installed, exterior siding patching. Jason’s recommendation of door/window and tile suppliers/installers yielded great results. All the people he brought in were top notch as were his team. Jason did a wonderful job rebuilding our main staircase with custom built and stained railings and banisters. It was not an easy project, we were extremely pleased with the high quality result of his hard work. I had great confidence in Jason as the job progressed and would highly recommend him for a renovation project. We ourselves intend to hire the team in the future for some additional work we have planned.”

“Renovation of my kitchen completed. Replaced cabinets, counter top and back splash. Workers were all respectful and professional. Area was kept clean at the end of each day. Work was completed on time and updates were given as to progress of the same. The designer helped me pick out product and colours to co-ordinate with my flooring and to stay within my budget. I am very happy with the results.”
