“After having been client of Melindas for over a dozen years, I can honestly say that Melinda has never let me down once. She is my oasis of competence. Her vendors do not disappoint (and if they do, she makes it right) and her prices are fair. She really hones in on my style and finds just what I am looking for. Her projects (like the bedroom/bath/balcony addition to our home) are complete on time and on budget, and she is very conscientious, always following up. She is my "go to" vendor when I need a project done right the first time (and who doesn't?). She was always among the first to know when I was pregnant and the sex of all four kiddos, so we could prepare those nuseries! She is skilled in CAD, and can hold her own whether in an architects office or creating built-ins. Melinda is easily the smartest hire I've ever made in a vendor yet.”

“The Senter Team takes buying and selling houses to a whole new level. I've now sold two houses with them, bought one and rented my latest. No matter the type of service Micah and Sherrill were there with me, step by step, working to keep me up to date and informed. All four times I watched them fight to get me the best prices possible and a great contract. I had to have dragged poor Micah around to dozens of houses in search of the perfect one and never once did he grumble or try to rush me.
