“I was ready to list my house with another agent when someone recommended Wendy Starr to me. I called to meet with Wendy and felt very comfortable with her and she presented pictures and prices of other townhouses that had sold in my area over the past year and ones that were up for sale. This was more than 2 other agents had shown me. She staged my house beautifully. When the offers were presented she was very professional with them. She was very patient with me the whole time the house was listed as I was very nervous about selling my home that I had lived in for over 20 years. I would recommend Wendy to anyone selling. “Janet is one of the best real estate agents I've had the pleasure to work with. She helped us sell out home in Hamilton, Ontario, while I live in San Diego, California.
