“Kim is our best friend in the real estate business! She helped us buy our first house in 2010 - looking out for the inexperienced greenhorns in a down market that was still a bit shaky. Now, over the past year, she helped us buy a super-high demand lot, and build our dream home by connecting us with an excellent architect, a awesome builder, and personally spending time - months after closing the purchase - to help with design choices, colors and even decorations. We just moved in into our new home, we wouldn't dare go down the path of custom build with 2 young kids and 2 demanding careers without Kim on our side. Kim has a great sense for what the buyers and seller are looking for. She managed to make our offer stand out (without it being the highest offer), by using clever offerings like free longer-than-normal rentback, which was great for sellers, and great for us. She has helped lots of my friends with their home purchases too. Despite being super busy, she always makes time to be available in person when we need her.”

“Eric and Janelle just helped my husband and I buy our first house. We decided to make an offer on the same day we saw the house--Janelle's office had an offer prepared by 5pm and by 11am the next day, we had a deal. Janelle was available for all of our questions and really walked us through every step of the process until the close of escrow (only 15 days later). I can't recommend them highly enough!!”

“I have been using Diana as my agent for the last 7 years. She has helped my wife and I buy and sell in 6 different transactions. The thing I value the most is I can explain my situation and she understands what I'm looking for. I'm a general contractor, I don't have a lot of money, but I can make major improvements to a property. She understands what I mean when I say I'm looking for a fixer with potential. There were several times when I thought I found what I was looking for, but after hearing her evaluation of the property I decided not to buy. What kind of agent does that! She had a transaction right in the palm of her hand and advised against it! Unbelievable. I sincerely believe that Diana is looking out for the long term, Hell her plan must be working, we've used her 6 times and are in the market again. It's a great time to buy, if you can get a loan, and an appraisal, but that's a whole other conversation. Eric”
