“Annex exceeded my expectations. I have an older brick house which needed more light. Annex put new windows in two of the rooms which involved taking out brick, putting in new headers, replacing wallboard and texturizing. They also put some awesome molding around the windows. I couldn't be happier. This is a family operation and everyone gets along well. There was no mess and the work was done efficiently and courteously. I would trust these guys with any remodeling.”

“I have hired Habitation, Inc,, personally and referred them to numerous associates, clients and friends. The workmanship and end results were excellent. Attention to detail and the attitude of "making it right" was important to the owner of Habitation, Inc. “I am a REALTOR, and am associated with a number of contractors, including cabinet, granite, and quartz installers. I was introduced to Max Watkins of Southwest Countertops to assist the owner of a high-end home in acquiring bathroom cabinets and countertops. I then referred him to an owner/investor of a fairly low-end flip for kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops. Then, I referred him to a person who wanted to remodel something special for her elderly mother. Max went way beyond his scope of work in assisting all of these parties in choosing the right combination cabinets, countertops, and fixtures. He offered his expertise in reviewing tile choices for both projects, too. He designs the entire package! As I said, I work with a lot of contractors, but I have never seen such a strong work ethic as Max Watkins. He has such incredible insight as to what will look right, what is the best investment, and what will work for all my clients' personalities and goals. These were completely different projects, and yet, ALL of my clients were thrilled with his recommendations! He is honest, and he listens to what a client wants. I truly cannot recommend Max and his company enough!”

“Kevin Skelly built my house 8 years ago. It was such a terrific experience that we have remained friendly ever since. It is a modern house with clean lines that demanded care and perfect angles. He and his crew were as demanding that it be right as we were. The house sits on a very difficult site in the mountains without a lot of room to maneuver, yet it went well and with the exception of some weather delays had a timely completion. We had an expert come in at the framing stage to make sure everything was OK and Kevin was highly complimented for his work and he made the small adjustments recommended happily. Kevin and the architect worked as a team, which saved a lot of money and stress and time. Any changes needed were much simpler and instead of reams of working drawings, they were so used to working together that it went without any problems at all.”

“Ric Rutherford is the owner of his company. We hired him, along with two other firms, to give us an estimate for a kitchen and master bath remodel. Ric was professional, friendly and easy to work with.We had a great idea about what we wanted to do, but Ric had some more ideas and really helped us to realize our vision for the space. We decided to table the complete work until next year, and hired his firm to do a couple of small jobs on the bathrooms, really to see his work ethic. The jobs were done to a high standard with respect for the space. There was a small accident in which a nightstand was damaged by a falling piece of lumber, and Ric took the nightstand and had it completely repaired in a timely manner. We plan to hire Ric and his company next spring to do the kitchen and master bath, and will enthusiastically recommend his company to anyone needing a remodel.”

“We have done 7 major renovations on houses in various places in the US. Dan Kuhn is absolutely tops. His attention to detail and careful planning ensures the project goes smoothly once started. The planning stage takes longer than that of others but the end results show the planning. He is cost effective. And, he works through the unforeseen problems that inevitably occur very efficiently. His subs are people he has worked with for many years, and they are always very clean, professional and clean up at the end of each day which is very important for home life during the project. Based on our substantial experience, we highly recommend Kuhn's Construction. Ours was a major project and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.”
