“We have been fortunate to have worked with Westbury homes on a total of 2 home builds to date and are in the preliminary stages of planning our third build with them. Having built a home from start to finish prior to working with Westbury Homes, we know exactly the amount of time, energy, and stress required to complete a project of this magnitude. This is why we can not say enough about Westbury Homes and owners: Ben and Jenn Wiggins. They are a cohesive team who run their business like a well-oiled machine. Their timing is remarkable, despite all of the many unforeseen circumstances that can and does occur over the course of construction. They have an uncanny ability to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We were so relaxed during both of our builds, and did not have a single concern that the outcome would be as we had planned and hoped. “My wife and I had been looking for a new house off and on for several years. We looked at hundreds of houses and built our shopping list based on things we liked and didnt like in the houses we viewed. In our price range the market was flooded with houses that all looked the same. The more we looked the more they all started to blend together. Immediately upon viewing the property we purchased from Home Made Developments we knew it was different. The little details included in the house made it stand out from the rest. The matching custom countertops on the island and both bathrooms, the amazing light fixtures, the all black hardware on all the doors faucets and bathrooms were bold and striking. The butcher block countertops in the kitchen were also a nice touch. The little touches throughout the house all blended together into something unique that stood out above the rest and completely matched our style. Mark was a pleasure to deal with and was very accomodating when we asked to switch out the fridge to a different model. He even paid for the delivery instead of adding it to our bill. The fact that he was willing to be flexible with the fridge and other items we had asked for made us feel confident that we made the right choice. When you purchase a new home you are starting a relationship with a builder that will endure at least as long as your warranty. Mark made us feel comfortable that any issue we have will be handled in a professional manor.”
