“As part of a backyard renovation project I designed in a unique tree house for the customer's children. Access was challenging. Building a kid-friendly tree house that mimics the home's architecture in the canopy of three large Douglas fir trees is not something a contractor does every month (or year!). Brian was detailed, creative and very well-composed through all the issues that arise in building such a unique feature. I look forward to utilizing Brian's skills on future creative projects.”

“I hired Urban Oasis to design a backyard garden and install new stairs and stonework. After a very enjoyable design consultation, Carrie presented three designs and I selected one with no reservations. I went with her to the nursery to pick out additional plants (she incorporated much of the existing garden.) Old raised beds were replaced with a bluestone patio, and a long flight of uneven concrete stairs leading to the house from the street were replaced with granite. All of the specialty stone work was done with exacting attention to detail. I have been delighted with the outdoor extension of my old Craftsman bungalow.”

The 70 year old kitchen and dining room in our large home presented some significant remodeling challenges but we were thrilled with the workmanship, management and outcome. The first meeting setup was quick, there was no pressure and I felt that I’m dealing with a professional with a wide experience right away. After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. “Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“I have both Sold and Listed New Homes for Sapphire Home NW. I have been selling and listing New Homes since 1988 working with several New Home builders. What I appreciate most about Sapphire is their commitment to their Tag Line "Built to Last". Most folks never get to see what is behind the walls, these homes are built very well. Two other areas that are important to both me and my clients is the effort that Sapphire goes to in an effort to make a sale happen and make it a good experience, they are very fair to deal with, this is unusual for most Home Builders in my opinion. Next is what happens after the sale, Customer Service and Follow up are the Best I have experienced. With other Home Builders I have dealt with Customer Service is often an after thought and it means I have to hound them to satisfy my clients, not the case with Sapphire, they get it done, they want satisfied customers and they do deliver. I highly recommend Sapphire Homes if you are looking to purchase a New Home.”
