“We hired Anthony to design and renovate our small South Philly basement. He and his team (big shout out to my main man Chuck!) did an amazing job. It required some significant D&E and juggling several different teams. Anthony was on the job and available 24/7, keeping us up to date via text, emails and phone calls. He worked quickly and used his extensive connections to find us quality products on a budget. When issues popped up totally unrelated to his work, Anthony worked with our previous contractors to identify the issue, come up with a solution, and got them to pay 100% of the cost. Without Anthony we would have been out of luck! To this day, we go back to Anthony with questions and requests for recommendations and he always comes through. Like our concierge contractor! Hire Anthony, you'll be happy you did! (Yes I'm a real person and no I'm not a blood relative - have Anthony put me in touch with you if you need a reference)”

Sam is always professional, a great communicator, timely and really listened to our needs to understand the work that needed to be done. He even brought in expertise in specific areas to get specialist’s opinions when needed. We would absolutely work with Sam and his team again. We are fortunate to have found a reliable, knowledgeable and skilled contractor in the area. Highly recommended!”

“I would highly recommend Jack and his team to anyone! And already have! Our neighbors recommended him to us after their bathroom reno and our other neighbors will be using him in the fall for theirs. He’s the best! We renovated 2.5 bathrooms this spring with Jack. His quote came in where we were hoping which was great. But more importantly for us was the quality of the work and ease of working with him and his team. Jack is very responsive, timely, and always follow through, which we have learned is difficult to find. Whenever I got stressed, Jack always remained calm and addressed any concerns right away. Truly Jack and his team were a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects! (See pics of Northern Liberties bathrooms for our reno)”

“Cordeiro Construction is absolutely amazing! They do the most beautiful patio at my home complete with a full outdoor kitchen with granite countertops, built in grill, sink, mini refrigerator and gas fire pit. Eduardo was very professional, easy to work with and his prices are great! I have used him for many other projects and will continue to use him in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!!!”

“Honey Fix It has now completed several projects in my house. I have been very satisfied by the outcomes and impressed by the perfect execution. In particular, Teresa has a good eye to identify what’s needed and her recommendations were very much in line with my requests. Not only Teresa is perfectly up to date with all building regulations, but also her detailed technical expertise is obvious. In addition, I trust Teresa for her home decor advices.
