“I had searched for several years for the right contractor to redo my kitchen. I tried several contractors on smaller home improvement projects or handyman jobs but they all were either poor communicators, poor quality or too expensive. I found New Line Remodeling on a Maryland Contractors site and Carlos was at my home the next day to review my handyman projects. He asked excellent questions, quoted a fair price and finished the first job I gave him the next day. I was so pleased, I showed him my kitchen and hired him to replace the countertops and cabinets as well as install a new garbage disposal and a tile backsplash. He worked with me on each step of choosing cabinets, granite, sink, under cabinet lighting etc. His network of granite and cabinet people were excellent as well! His attention to detail was even higher than mine (and I am picky) and the end result was gorgeous, on budget and a total installation time of 6 DAYS from tear out to being able to use my new kitchen. He even rerouted the mess of pipes under the sink for a more functional space. I ALWAYS recommend New Line Remodeling for any job in my home or my friends' homes. I use them exclusively for any work I need done.”

“7 Elements Home Improvements completed a deck with a rooftop area for me. I also had my shed remodel, instead of replacing it and spent more money. I couldn’t be more pleased. They are incredible craftsmen, from the design/drawing phase, to the details of construction. At the end of the day, they made sure that everything was cleaned and organized. Their work ethic and dedication to quality is truly unparalleled. They worked closely with us to ensure that we were pleased with our choices and provided options when needed. “Overall it was a new experience for my family to have a home remodel this big, we were very impressed with how the job site was left clean everyday so we could have a look at the progress at the end of each day. Also their attention to detail was amazing, pointing out certain things that not even my husband or I were aware of. “Put in Cove lighting in media room and built screened in area under deck. The work was well done. Weather contributed a bit to a delay in finishing the outside work. The company is very busy and slow to provide estimates. Once contract is signed they keep to the schedule and if there is a schedule change they notify you in advance.”
