“It has been an absolute pleasure to have Claire working on our renovation project. She has a natural talent in interior design and has guided us step by step through the process. Claire instinctively reads a space to identify how to benefit from it the most. We were genuinely unsure of how to make our tired 1920's cottage work for us, but with Claire's calm professional approach and well thought out vision we could then see the potential within our home. A true eureka moment! As well as taking a practical approach to her work Claire is very much a creative at heart, this shows in her designs and navigation of any hiccups which may come along the way. We would highly recommend Claire Halstead Interiors for taking any space to the next level, and have some fun whist doing it!”

“Excellent professional experience and service, in January 2017 started to have my kitchen extended with full new kitchen e.g under floor heating , new ceiling, plumbing ,electrical work, walls boarding and plastering. They recommended a great place to get my wall tiles, marbled flooring and everything was fitted with beautiful finish. All painting and decotrating was done by them within the time frame i wanted and around my budget. I would Highly recommend this company .”

“Working with Linda from No471 was a dream! Not only is she a perfectionist with an eye for detail: she listened to what I needed and understood immediately how to achieve the best possible outcome. I had a spacious “summer room” at the back of my property that was no longer fit for purpose and I needed it transformed into a comfortable Beauty Treatment Room. “We were looking for a Builder/Designer to help us with our house refurbishment, New garage, large rear extension including new kitchen, conversion of integral garage to a bedroom and utility room, refurbishment of existing bathrooms and rear garden landscaping, Chris from Fresh Approach was very professional and walked us through all the options many of which we hadn't thought of. The quote we received from him was the most detailed everything from skips through to decorating was covered. The building both started and finished on time and the quoted price was very accurate. The employees and all the contractors were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. In summary Fresh Approach are very skilled, experienced and trustworthy and I would highly recommend them for any building project.”

“We have recently completed a single-story extension with a new kitchen/diner, utility room and bathroom with B&P. As part of the build, we also refurbished the ground floor of our property and used B&P’s appointed contractors for all plumbing, electrics and tile finishes. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and the entire process of working with B&P. Nev was our site manager, he was brilliant from start to finish, ensuring we stayed on track, providing expert guidance and always keeping us well informed as the project developed. Graham, Dillon and the rest of the team were always great to have on site, very tidy, professional and accommodating to our family needs to minimise disruption during the build. Danny and the whole team have done a fantastic job for us on our build and we highly recommend their services.”

“We have done a number of project over the course of 5 years with Artifex on residential and commercial projects. They have been great to work with in all roles of the company, Ed has been enthusiastic and passionate about all of our projects throughout despite the differing work, the Artifex team are professional on site and work tidy and efficiently and any sub contracts have been easy to work with. The key strength of Artifex is the quality of the work and attention to detail which has been a consistent over the last 5 years. The work is always completed within a sensible timeframe and within budget. As a surveyor / developer they have made it very easy for me to work with them and I would highly recommend to anyone.”
