“George Trojan is a gifted and talented professional. He excels in both general contracting of large building jobs as well as being a detailed perfectionist in finish carpentry projects. His work ethic and good humor along with his desire to please the customer make him a delight to work with. Working as the project manager in the rebuilding of my home after a fire, I found him easily accessible and available and immediately responsive to my questions, requests, and suggestions. The advice he provided on design was superb and his ability to grasp and handle a large number of challenges and problems made the job go quickly and smoothly. His practice of working through and completing one job before taking on another made me, as the customer, feel like I was his first and only priority. I would say that his character and integrity make him a contractor you can depend on and put your trust in. I recommend him without reservation.”

“Our project is not yet complete but at this point I can't say enough about the positive experience we have had with this company. Communication has been excellent. Attention to detail is great. The project has been on-schedule from the beginning. The sub-contractors working on the job have been terrific. And they clean up every night before leaving. From the first meeting with the project manager ( Nick), we could see that this was going to be a positive experience. Nick worked with us to design something that was both structurally superior and surprisingly affordable. “We hired JP Builders LLC to do extensive structural repairs, stonework, windows & cedar shakes to our camp in 2009 and again to our guesthouse in 2012. Jim and his crew did an excellent job. We feel very fortunate to have found them. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They kept us informed every step of the way, kept the worksite cleaned up every day, worked to keep costs down and finished in a timely manner. The work is impeccable! Again, the work is impeccable!! Jim has a gift of vision and artistry and he was able to marry the old structure and new together beautifully. We are constantly complimented on our property and we have Jim Parandes to thank for it. “We had Great Northern Builders completely finish our large basement, and Len Bogh did a great job. I never thought we could transform that basement into such a comfortable living space. My husband, who recently retired, is now putting his home office down there and he loves the space. It is also great when we have all the family staying here over Christmas. We can sleep 4 or 5 people down there.”

“Ron is a true professional. He built a heated, all season room from a screened in porch. He handled all the details, kept me informed and delivered an excellent high quality product, under budget. I highly recommend him for his integrity and workmanship. I will call him for any project I have, big or small. He''s also a really good guy and we miss having him around. He does a lot of work in our neighborhood and all feel the same way about him and his work.”
