“If you are considering new flooring, a kitchen or bathroom remodel, a fireplace renovation, or a similar project, my wife and I urge you to consider Northern Glass, Tile & Stone in Eagle River, WI. Rich and his team take enormous pride in their craft, have incredible attention to detail, and offer excellent guidance throughout the process.
We initially contacted Rich about replacing our outdated vinyl and carpet living room with tile flooring. As with many projects, our scope expanded, and we ended up having Rich redo our flooring, install a custom fireplace hearth and mantel, build out a custom shower in our master bath, and add a backsplash to our kitchen.
As our project unfolded, our appreciation for what Northern Glass, Tile & Stone is all about increased. On the design side of things, Rich and Sally were very helpful. We had some preconceived ideas of what we wanted, and Rich was always able to decipher that vision and nudge us in the right direction, especially with the stone fireplace. Additionally, from an installation standpoint, we were beyond impressed with the care that Rich and Erik took every step of the way. They do not cut corners, they are truly craftsmen.
The finished product is beyond our expectations. The tile flooring has changed the entire look and feel of our home. The hearth and mantel that Rich created is stunning. The backsplash ties everything in our kitchen together. With the custom shower and glass shower door our master suite now feels like it is straight out of an upscale hotel. The fit and finish of everything is of the highest quality.
Point Guard, Quarterback, Choreographer, whatever you want to call it, Rich orchestrated every facet of our project. From coordinating a plumber for our shower and electric for the kitchen and all the other moving parts that go into a project, Rich makes sure that everyone is on the same page, even when it may not directly benefit his business.
Rich, Erik, and Sally exhibit supreme professionalism at all times. We are incredibly happy with the work they did and what they created for us. If you are considering new flooring, a new fireplace surround, or upgrading your kitchen or bathroom, we highly recommend Northern Glass, Tile & Stone.”
