“Anne Gleed Interiors oversaw the design and installation of our living room last summer. We had already used her to oversee our downstairs extension interior in 2015 - which included a new kitchen, hallway, dinning area and downstairs shower room. The whole living room was redone, new carpet, new wall mounted TV, new fireplace (we took out the 1950's fireplace and replaced it with an original 1930's one in line with our house it looks like it has always been there, exactly what we wanted), new custom made bookcase, new sofa, new custom made curtains. We relied on Anne's knowledge throughout. The budget was £8000 and this was met - work was finished on time. We are thrilled with the results, we don't think we would have got this standard of finish on our own.”

“We employed Simon having come across the firm in my role as a local council solicitor. We were not disappointed. We wanted a new porch, loft conversion and new integral garden room/ conservatory. Simon listened to our ideas and designed a layout has provided us with beautiful living space. He guided us through the planning process so that our planning application was supported by the council within the 8 week timeframe. He met every deadline and did so in a professional yet relaxed manner. Further support and advice was provided as we appointed a builder and Charles Blake kept a helpful eye as the project went ahead, Everything went just as smoothly and on schedule. Can't thank CBA enough, best decision we made.”

“I hired Lucas and his team to renovate our two bedroom flat. What can I say - the most reliable, trustworthy team you could meet. It gets better .... workmanship to fitting a kitchen, fixing a complete new floor, tiling, plumbing, painting and more. Very good on keeping in touch, updating with receipts, ideas and problems if they arise. He even went back to the flat when not working and received a parcel that arrived for me (as not living there at the time) and put it in the kitchen for me to collect later. Would highly recommend.”

“With Carpenter Oak you're not just a client, you become part of the family! We turned up unexpectedly at the wrong time for our meeting and were taken under the wing of the carpenters themselves. Mugs of tea, bowls of water for our dogs, humour, a great smell of oak and demonstration of their skill and passion sold Carpenter Oak to us more than any sales presentation could ever do. “The project was to convert an old Sunday School; which had not been used in decades, into a three bedroom family home. The structure was derelict and basically a main hall. We employed Pendragon Builders because the portfolio of previous work was exceptional, their skill set was perfectly aligned to our needs and the staff were highly skilled and fully committed to the project. Kevin was an amazing link pin in realising our aspiration and managing the project. The estimate was incredibly detailed and left no doubt that every part of the build would be completed without hidden costs or needless waste. The end product is flawless, we could not be happier. One of the most impressive aspect of Pendragon Builders; apart from the high quality of workmanship, was the constant contact and progress reports which ensured we were fully involved from the outset.
