“Geordan had been recommended to me by someone who had used previously used him to remodel their very nice home in az very upscale neighborhood. This person was also a medical professional so it was someone I respected and veered their opinion. I called Geordan. Unlike a lot of contrators who never return calls, he called me the same day. He came over within the week, gave me a written estimate and spent a good hour with me explaining everything that needed to be done and why to install a door in my hallway where one had never been installed before. He had to build out the wall, put in matching molding and crown molding, match the hardware to the existing doors nearby so it did not look like an "add on" and he did it with perfection. He cleaned up after each day of work. You would have never known he had been in the house and worked. By the time the job was done, it was AMAZING and perfect! My next call was months later, when I wanted to take out an older lighting sysdtem in my kitchen to install recessed llighting. Again, no muss, no fuss and an AMAZING job! He called me every day to advuse where he was in the job process, what he had done that day and when he anticipated being finished. Each time was right on! Geordan is not only a true professional, but honest, forthright and a man of his word. I would put my life on the line for this man. We live in a close neighborhood development and wanted something that was cozy and elegant while not losing a large portion of our already small yard.
