“It was a complicated and intricate task gaining every inch of space we could to expand our master bedroom & bathroom. Pro Construction Builders tore the master bath down to the studs and helped reorganize the layout. Hats off to his crew especially. Every new crazy idea I came up with David would consider, and often had a better idea. Knowing we were having a new vanity installed with inches to spare between the tub area, he rearranged his schedule to do the demo in 1/2 day the following week. Any time I made a request for extra items or revisions they were happy to accommodate and make sure that everything came out exactly how we wanted it. Also a giant shout out to Pro Construction Builders for walking us through the process and helping with everything from the design of the bedroom, to finding the right fixtures and finishes that would look great together to making sure the crew knew exactly what to do.”

“I thought that finding an honest contractor who follows through with what they promise would be impossible but decided to take the chance with Essential and finally do my first renovation. I was very nervous at first but the contractor Peter was extremely patient and was with me every step of the way. His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. I was blown away by the attention to detail and if you’re looking for a wonderful experience limiting your stress level for such a major project then Peter and his team are a great fit.”

VT Home Improvements consistently professional, punctual, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. They did a remarkable job installing a new kitchen, helped to renovate and modernized home with a new kitchen porch, and sound proof flooring, and painting. They finished the work on time, exceeded our expectations. Quality of their work can be seen through their workmanship, truly listened to our desires and made sure to explain all possible options to achieve the best outcomes. “We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. I received detailed status updates along with pictures as the work progressed. They are the real deal, prompt, professional, and honest. “I've been working with Vinnie Builders to gut renovate two bathrooms in my home. I'm extremely detail-oriented and particular and can say that working with them has been a fantastic experience. Estimates are fair and buttoned-up, the team is professional and courteous, and the work has turned out beautifully. Our bathrooms are gorgeous. In addition, they clean up every day...you'd never know there was work being done in our house. I'm looking forward to working with them on many other projects in the near future.”

“A R Home Construction was awesome. I was so nervous hiring someone I really didn’t know for such a big job. My first meeting with Tommy put me at ease I was sent a full estimate within 24 hours of meeting him. It was also a pleasure to deal with everybody in the A&R team they were all professional and courteous. The start date and the completion date for the project were right on target not many contractors can say that. I was also very impressed by Tommy‘s attention to detail and style he was instrumental in many of the decisions made on this project when it came to tiles and fixtures not only did he make suggestions but he actually accompanied me to retail stores to help make choices. I can honestly say that my house looks like something out of a showroom I feel A&R has exceeded my expectations in this project.”

“We hired Mahseri Home Improvement to renovate our downstairs kitchen, bath and family room. We could not be happier with the finished results. Not only is Moe extremely knowledgeable he was a complete pleasure to work with. From the start he was honest about the timeline, costs, expectations, etc. - we never felt blindsided or surprised along the process. Throughout the renovation, he was in constant communication and explained the work he was doing and reasoning behind the choices he made. He included us the entire time; we felt part of the project. Renovations can be extremely stressful; however Moe and his team made the journey fun and exciting. We look forward to working with them again!”

“My husband Andy and I had been looking at remodeling our kitchen for some time now. We had met with several Design Build Firms and just weren’t quite sold on any of them until we met the team at 1625 D/B. The project was quite involved and included new cabinets, new floors, moving our stove and sink, as well as removal of a load bearing wall. They were with us every step of the way. Any questions we had they had a correct answer for us. I would highly recommend 1625 D/B and will 100% use them for any future renovating we do.”
