This was really helpful as sourcing a reputable architect, structural engineer, quantity surveyor and a team of specialists was a daunting task and not something we expected of Julian. One of the most reassuring parts of the planning phase is how Julian set our budget expectations. This became very apparent very quickly because the other people we initially approached at the same time as Julian pretty much told us what we wanted to hear, whereas Julian took a much more realistic approach. It was an easy choice to go ahead with Julian and we did not regret that decision. He managed all aspects of the project, start to finish and the results are exceptional.
