“KSCI has remodeled our master bathroom, built a new deck, poured concrete for us as well as replaced doors and windows in our house. They've done tens of thousands of dollars worth of work for us and we'd hire them again to do the same in a heartbeat. There have been numerous times I've needed emergency help with an electrical, plubming or flashing situation and they've been there whenever asked.”

“We hired Bob and his team from Keystone to renovate our entire first floor after purchase. This included all new hardwood floors, new fireplace, removal of walls/cabinets, and complete renovation of the stairs along with various painting and upgrades to hardware throughout. Their customer service, knowledge, craftsmanship and end result were beyond excellent. They Keystone team listened to each and every aspect of our vision and offered knowledgeable insight on how we could make that a reality. They were truly partners in creating our dream. Bob exhibited a genuine care and honesty of all aspects of the project and we knew he was always reachable if we had questions or wanted to make a change. “We built a Schorck home and have been thrilled with the quality and design. The floorplan was thoughtful and logical and fits our needs perfectly. The construction process was very organized and we were given a timeline for when selections were due. This cut down on the stress and made the experience fun. “BJ built my home in Bloomington, IL. He has an outstanding reputation so I was excited to work with him during the process of building a home for the first time. He us honest, trustworthy, detail oriented, and has a solid background. He has an eye for beautiful craftsmanship and sticks by his work. He also finds way to work within your budget. We have moved out of our beautiful home due to relocation. Our house continues to be adored by others. If only he built houses in other states!”

“We asked Leman Builders to add another garage to our house. At the time, they were extremely busy but they agreed to do the job Jason and his crew met the time line for completion. Every man on the job site was professional, friendly, and accommodating. They cleaned up at the end of every day. Workmanship was top grade. The final bill was exactly the same as the original bid, even though we asked for a couple of changes. We are asking him to come back this Spring to do some more work for us.”

“This is the third house we have built and it was by far the smoothest process! Great quality for the money. Everyone was friendly, courteous, punctual. Whenever we had a question, we got a response almost immediately. We have been in the house a couple of months now, and with every new built there will always be some things that have to be tweaked, so far they were fairly minor, but I feel lucky that they have a great 'after-care' program. Over all I would have to say our experience was very positive!”

“We were in the process of searching for a new home and one that would need some work. We were introduced to Jamie and his partner to do some initial bids on the home to strengthen our offer price for the home. He was great to work with add really knew what he was doing. We also has him give us a bid on renovating the kitchen. He gave us a few different prices based on the 3 different design ideas we provided him. Although we have not started any work yet he is still one of our top choices for a general contractor. He is trustworthy and very professional.”

“My wife and I had a complex and extensive remodel of our residence involving carpentry, cabinets, plumbing, electrical work, tile work, flooring, plastering and painting and more. We experienced outstanding design consultations, professionalism, execution and performance from Bridget Mote and Jim Hayes. They were fantastic. They were not only very responsive to my wife and I but initiated contact themselves on a very frequent basis to inform us of progress and plans. Bridget shopped with us for lighting fixtures, cabinets, countertops, and appliances, steering us to the best places and educating us. Jim was great. Smooth planning of sometimes intricate work. He gets credit for all technical aspects of the job, all done to his very high standard of quality. His knowledge is very impressive. We haven't the even the tiniest detail to question or criticize with the result. If you work with Bridget and Jim you can relax and know no that there is no need to worry. They are great, their work is great, the results will be great. We're happy to say this: they deserve it! Thanks!”
