“Lyall did an excellent job on my state of the art sound studio. I was nervous at first but shortly after working with him, that fell by the way side. Being a Gemini Award winner, i strive for perfection and must say the quality of workmanship was great and that he came in on time and on budget. He's gotten back to me whenever i had a question or concern after the project completion and has shown me to have integrity which i believe is an important trait for a contractor!”

We had a very unique design for multiple spaces and they were able to execute it and offer ideas for an even better approach. “We hired Peak Living to renovate our ensuite bathroom with a new shower, floors and toilet, along with new floors in our laundry room and guest bathroom. We have been extremely satisfied and happy with the work that has been done by Tom and his team. They are extremely knowledgeable, willing to work to your specifications, and very flexible. In addition, as with many renovations, little changes pop up and Tom has been more than willing to spend the extra time with us to ensure our 'new' bathroom is everything we had hoped for. If we decide to do any further renovations in our home, we will definitely call upon Peak Living and Tom McCrae.”

“Total gutting of kitchen, new powder room and closet in front hall including all electrical and plumbing, painting several rooms and repair of incidental plumbing issues elsewhere. The workmen were superb from start to finish. They were on schedule and responsible. The workers always made sure that the work site was left clean and orderly and even though we remained in the house during the renovation they made sure it was as livable as possible. Dragan was an absolute gentleman in all regards: easy to talk to, always returned calls in a timely fashion and was always calm and able to find solutions to unexpected problems. The project came in on budget and and also time. I have absolutely no complaints about the work and would have no hesitation to recommend Ivic construction and would definitely refer him to others. I have used other workmen in the past for a variety of renovations and have always had issues but this project was the largest yet most satisfying mostly because of the construction group. ... “Our garage addition started off terribly with another contractor doing a very poor job leveling the foundation walls for the garage. Then 8Fold Contracting came and were able to masterfully work around the mistakes the concrete guys made and built a beautiful garage addition that looks original to the house. I am very particular with how I want things done and Chris and his crew did a fantastic job! My wife and I are so pleased with the job that they did that we have recently contacted them to discuss another renovation project we are hoping they can help us with. Our only regret is not knowing about 8Fold Contracting in time to hire them to do the entire garage addition. We would highly recommend 8fold for any project you may have.”
