He literally by himself tore out all my flooring cabinets, trim , drywall , two bathrooms nearly gutted my entire house. David literally worked from 8:30am until 10:00 pm if not later each day! Keep in mind this work also included going up and down stairs. His work ethics is compared to a four man job but he did it by himself. His talents, skills are impeccable. So …my advice is, if you are looking for an awesome construction company? Do yourself a favor and look no further than this company. He transformed my home to a modern home, new hard wood flooring through my entire house, he tore out old carpet and flooring, new kitchen cabinets, sink, hood-range, 2- bathroom vanities, dry wall in my entire down stairs. fixed my deck, painted doors/trim . New trim/doors through my entries home. Light fixtures, railing, changed register vents and many odds and ends that I added on while he was here. “Jeremy Hensley has been our contractor, advisor and the person we call for any problem, emergency or long-term need for repair, that arises in our home. Our first encounter with him three year ago is when he was the contractor for a major house project, a new driveway and terrace. His work and advice, willingness to answer each question or tackle unexpected problems was beyond our expectations and hopes. We worked with him on this project for over three months and other problems and projects that crept up on us at that time. Since then, we have called on him repeatedly and found that whatever the problem, he was right over to inspect and offer a variety of choices and options for fixing a problem. The people he has hired for us, if the job, a new roof and exterior trim painting of our home for instance, is beyond his ability do himself, have been the best in their field. There is no job too small or too big for Jeremy to handle. Also, and importantly, Jeremy is a thoughtful, considerable respectful and patient man, a pleasure to work. We have learned to rely totally on his advise, his expertize and his honesty. “I had called several contractors to come out review my job and provide an estimate. Many never called back or came and didn’t follow up with a quote. Houzz sent a lead to Cody/Little Home Repair. He came out at the agreed upon time. Looked at the project and confidently stated he could do the job. He explained what he anticipated and showed me where the water was gaining entrance. He followed up with the quote exactly as promised. He explained that once they got into the wall the quote could change but didn’t think it would be significant. We agreed on price and the work began. I was throughly impressed with his team. They all worked great together. They put up barriers to keep dust to a minimum. Every evening they cleaned up. They laid down carpet protectors wherever they would be walking. Because there was damage to a weight bearing seal plate, he suggested contacting a structural engineer. We took his advice and the engineer provided additional expertise to the project. Project is finished and I am very pleased with the results.”

“We worked with Alan Gerbus to build our home last year. He was incredible to work with. Start to finish he was very detail oriented. From design to production he consistently made sure that what we were doing lived up to our design goals. His subcontractors universally loved him and raved about how great he was. You always hear stories about building a custom home and how you need to be on top of your general contractor. We found that anything we noticed during the build, not only had Alan already seen it, but he usually had already taken steps to correct the issue. Quality was key for him. He didn't think the footers were deep enough so he ripped them out and had them re-poured. The first sub doing our stone work was not doing a good job so he fired them and got someone new and he made them redo the work already done. During design phase, several times he contacted us as he did not feel the design was what we were looking for and he worked and tweaked things to get it where it needed to be. We could not have asked for a better builder or better build experience!”

When changes were needed, he endeavored to get them done with no rework involved. This practice kept costs down as well as allowed the home build process to proceed without delays. He introduced us to his construction team members as they began their segments so we knew them and could talk with them when required. The interior teams were also great and paid attention to detail as they were doing their areas. They took any changes in stride and focused on delivering quality in a timely manner. We were consulted in any significant questions and they also provided really useful advice when asked. Again Ranjit was very involved throughout the process to keep the work going at a good pace. After key turnover, Ranjit and his team were just as diligent in completing any ‘punch list’ final items we noted. They even found some we had missed and got them done.
