“I engaged The Construct Group, when I was renovating extensively my house in Gisborne. Peter Lewin meticulosley organised all the trades, and had every thing very well managed. The workmanship from demolition to completion was excellent. I am extremely happy with the work undertaken and the end result. On another side, I have an Interior design business, called, Interiors of Woodend, and I have engaged Peter for my clients. Everyone speaks very highly of his standard of works.”

“Awesome job Tom Roebuck, Bespoke Builder from Roebuck Concepts on the renovation of our Golden Beach 3 Bedroom Unit. Having just completed two renovations on other properties ourselves, placing the project in the hands of Tom was the best decision ever. Throughout the course of the renovation Tom was a skilled professional. With his design background he was able to provide us with clever and unique options on how to increase storage, air flow and give our unit the wow factor. Tom was genuinely excited to be working on this project and delivered an outstanding new home for us. From demolition to his selection of quality contractors and management of those contractors, saw the job completed in a short time frame. Fantastic communication skills, using an application for all stakeholders, so we knew where the project was at on a daily basis. Receiving daily updates and photos was great as we lived more than an hour away. His management extended to liaising with Body Corporate and neighbours to ensure everyone around us was happy during the build and ensured the site and common areas were left clean. Tom has years of experience from new builds to renovations. Without hesitation we recommend Tom and his team. It was a pleasure working with Roebuck Concepts.”

“I used this Company to repair and update my Caboolture property after tenants had been there for 10 years. They replaced the floors, and made repairs to the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and the walls which were much needed after having tenants in place for 10 years. The Company provided first class customer service and I feel they went above and beyond, nothing seem to be too much hassle and they certainly help take away some stress from as I felt like I was in good hands. The property has been refreshed and looks 100% better and now I feel it is ready for the market.”
