“Bryan has done some exterior work on our 1930s house that I couldn't find anyone else who would even consider the job. His team was quick, efficient, and friendly. We enjoyed the experience so much that we had him do a full kitchen remodel. The kitchen project was affected by covid and supply chain issues, so we had some delays and had to make some different choices due to price fluctuations, but Bryan was very communicative and honest during the process. He and his team find ways to get things done rather than take the easy way out or make excuses. The kitchen is beautiful and functional. I strongly recommend Seawolf and Bryan for any interior or exterior work you might be considering.”

“I contacted Victor after another company didn't do what they were supposed to do with building a hand rail for my front porch. Victor immediately was able to come to my house to see what was needed to be done, and within a couple of days, his welder came over and started designing a rail for me. It was a small job, but a VERY BIG deal to me. My wife and I are totally in love with our new hand rail. It goes perfectly with our house and compliments it. We wanted something that was very simple that would blend in with our home and he absolutely nailed it. I don't think I've ever seen a hand rail that's this strong and sturdy before ever, and can easily be used to get up my stairs for anyone that's 3-4 times my body weight due to how structurally sound it's been put into my concrete. Victor is such an amazing gentleman to work with. He's extremely responsive and constantly follows up with everything that's going on. I truly lucked out and was blessed to have gotten in contact with Victor and Arise Constructions. Highly recommend his professional services!!”

“Kevin repaired our mailbox, which was about to fall off its post. He pulled up two steel stakes that I had driven into the ground with a sledge hammer 12 years ago, and no one else could pull up. He adjusted some doors that had been messed up when the house started sagging a little, because we had a bad builder originally, who left a support out of one end. He removed a torn screen from the screen door in front, after repairing that door so it closes and latches correctly again, and he's getting that re-screened for us. And he's working up bids for some more work. Honest, affordable and competent! The 3 things we value most in a tradesman like this!”

“Jay the entire JC Designers Group were fantastic to work with. My husband and I bought a house that needed a lot of work; we were overwhelmed with all of the design possibilities, the decisions that needed to be made, and the potential of managing a large construction project while both working full time. Jay offered us peace of mind. His dedication to this project was unmatched; not only did he have brilliant ideas and suggestions, he also spent every day (sometimes 12 hours or more!) at our house making sure everything was operating smoothly. “Highly recommend. Kyle helped us to reconfigure our stairwell and install drywall and a pocket door to create a new interior room. He was a great communicator with anything where he needed my input. And the carpenter and electrician he used did a great job! Everything looks very finished, was done quickly, and the final invoice was even a little less than the original estimate.”

They source the best subcontractors and always have someone on site when any subs are present. They do what they say at every step of the project.
