Any query was handled promptly and without question. We can honestly say that our building experience was pleasurable and totally hassle free. The end result was exactly what we wanted and more. Angus had numerous clever and practical suggestions which enhanced our house design. He went above and beyond to make sure that we understood the process. Communication was superb and constant. Months on, Angus has continued to follow up and resolve any minor concerns which have arisen. We would not hesitate to recommend Angus Cowan Constructions to anybody looking to build or renovate.”

“We first contacted Axcis in late 2014 regarding a possible raise, re-stump and renovation. Their knowledge and understanding of the process made the daunting seem easy to us as first time renovators. They worked closely with us to design a family friendly yet contemporary home in the heart of New Farm. They took us through planning, approval and a stress free build and certification with works completed on time and on budget in mid-2015. Since moving in we have been delighted with the quality, finish and the functionality of our new home. We would recommend using Axcis without hesitation.”

“Very helpful and down to earth engineer.He assessed the facts and the practical work.In my case he had to take over someone else's half done work but helped me by pointing out the issues and allowed me enough time to finish the required to obtain Form 16 for certification. The fee was a bit high but I thought it was ok as he had to take over the job and then re assess everything to ensure they were all legal. I recommend this company to anyone.”

“We renovated a 1920's wooden cottage and we wanted more space but wanted to keep the character and charm of the building. The project was always on time and within budget and we were consulted at every step along the way. The final result is a mix of new and old which was what we were hoping to achieve. All of the on site builders/tradesmen were easy to approach and always went out of their way to ensure we were fully aware of how the build was progressing. We are extremely happy and are proud to call our renovated house our home.”

The team at Elysium are really keen to get the final result perfect. In the construction phase, the relationship between the builder and interior designer can be rocky, but not with these guys!
