Having a complete kitchen redesign and decoration of hall and lounge 3 weeks before christmas may seem ambitious and a little crazy but Rebecca and her team made the whole project as stress free as possible. “We added an orangery to extend our existing kitchen to create a large open plan room for kitchen, dining and seating. We chose Westbury mainly because we wanted a bespoke solution, they clearly had lots of experience of what does (and doesn't) work and they came up with designs that we really liked which brought to life and greatly improved our own half-baked ideas! We used Westbury to do everything....design, planning permission, building works (foundations, knocking through etc), building the orangery, installing underfloor central heating (including most of the plumbing), lighting and other electrics, internal floor tiling and they made and installed various bespoke fittings to help integrate the 'old' and 'new' areas into a single living space. We found all the Westbury staff to be friendly and professional and importantly they kept us well informed throughout. Most have been with the company for years and are passionate about doing a good job. Any building work always comes with an element of disruption and the real test of any firm is how they deal with the unforeseen issues that inevitably crop up - we didn't have many, but all were sorted promptly and professionally. Overall the whole design and build experience was a pleasure and the end result has exceeded our expectations.”

“Keith Barke did a great job for us, converting a garage into a living room and a small bedroom into a study. The major job was the conversion and though we knew roughly what we wanted, Keith came up with excellent ideas on such things as the heating and lighting that really improved the final design and functionality of the room. He also liaised with the council on the required building regulations. The smaller room is an awkward shape but, again, Keith came up with a smart solution involving a bespoke desk that has made the best use of the space - it wasn't something we could have visualised without his expertise. Very friendly and attentive service - not just Keith but all of his team - and the whole job was completed on time and on budget. Suffice to say, we're very pleased, and we're just about to use the firm again on another room. Highly recommended.”

“We are extremely pleased with all the works carried out by Jim and his team at our property! Vibe has done an excellent job for us on multiple occasions, including a garage conversion (which has now turned into a downstairs bathroom, a utility room, and a play room), roof repairs, installing a brand new kitchen and a new bathroom, and a full house refurbishment. Jim and his team are very professional, easy to communicate with, and finish everything to a high quality, while sticking to the original budget and timelines, which we really appreciated. We also appreciated talking to Jim about various aspects of the house refurbishment and how to achieve the designs we had in mind. For instance, we wanted some custom made book shelves around the fireplace to house our many books, and Jim was able to create it for us. Likewise, he created a beautiful play room for our daughter and an extremely functional utility room for us. Overall, Jim and his team have gone beyond our expectations in delivering a very high quality project and managing the entire process professionally. We would recommend them highly to anyone looking to carry out building projects regardless of size.”

“We appointed Pawel and his team to undertake a renovation to the basement of our Victorian house and also to erect a bespoke timber pergola, install decking and construct a concrete bench in our garden. We have employed many contractors over the course of our house renovation and we can honestly say that Pawel and his team are the best. As well as providing a very competitive quote, Pawel was able to provide really sound advice around the scope of the works and came up with innovative solutions to tricky issues we discovered on site. His team were very respectful of our house and our neighbours and we were really impressed with their communication and trustworthiness regarding the renovation. We had a minor issue with a faulty smoke alarm once works were completed and Pawel arranged for someone to come over and fix this immediately at no additional cost. We are thrilled with the end result and the attention to detail is fantastic. We would 100% recommend Pawel and his team to anyone and would definitely employ them again.”
