The project included gut renovation of kitchen and bathroom, new wood floor, updated plumbing, and new boiler. “We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“My husband Andy and I had been looking at remodeling our kitchen for some time now. We had met with several Design Build Firms and just weren’t quite sold on any of them until we met the team at 1625 D/B. The project was quite involved and included new cabinets, new floors, moving our stove and sink, as well as removal of a load bearing wall. They were with us every step of the way. Any questions we had they had a correct answer for us. I would highly recommend 1625 D/B and will 100% use them for any future renovating we do.”

It was clear from the beginning that we didn’t need to worry about the quality of their work, or their attention to detail. They had to renovate a kitchen where nothing was level or plumb. We were very impressed with their ability to work around technical difficulties that came up during construction, and always with an eye toward what we wanted, not what was easiest.
