“I truly want to point out the professionalism of United Cabinet Store. We had a very pleasant experience with this company. They had renovated our kitchen for a fair price compared to other remodeling companies out in the MD area. Very knowledgeable and helpful customer service. Alex was very professional and very to the point where we needed some clarifications regarding to questions and he took his time to answer every each one of them. “My wife and I selected Michael Nash from among five separate bids for a considerable renovation and expansion of our home. Michael Nash was the second lowest bidder, but our confidence in Sonny Nazemin’s eye for design and considerable number of award-winning designs was crucial in our initial selection. We have a grand house in Reston built in the late 1960s. It has solid bones but really needed a whole house renovation. We also needed more space to house our extended family. Our project consisted of a new two-car garage, siding, roofing and a totally new floor consisting of a master suite and bathroom. From the start of the project I was impressed with the one price upfront to complete the project. Sonny navigated our plans through the difficult process of approval by our local Design Review Board. His personal attention and negotiation with the board led to the rapid approval of our project. Follow on work for our front porch and driveway was reasonably priced. When we requested a re-design of the ceilings for the master suite, Sonny spared no expense hiring several architects to arrive at the design we desired. His vision throughout the project ensured its success. ******************* EXTRA FOLLOW-ON WORK COMPLETED jANUARY 25, 2014 *********************** We gave Michael Nash extra follow-on work with our kitchen because we were so pleased with how our Master Suite and other work turned out. We told Sonny that we had a limited budget but wanted to get as much of the kitchen done as possible. He suggested that we keep our old cabinets and redo everything else. Sonny has a great eye for design and suggested that we take out some cabinets to open up the room. He helped us with color choices that made the kitchen modern and bright. They replaced the oven, the hood, the induction cooktop, the counter, the floor, the sink, repaired and replaced doors, painted the room and put in a new lighting system with ten canned lights. Michael Nash kept to a timetable except for the hood at the end, which was really unavoidable. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and recommend Michael Nash to our neighbors and friends.”

“TailorCraft has impressed us with their professionalism, quality and reasonable pricing over and over. We are on our second project with them, Rick and Aaron are knowledgable and responsive, and their crew is terrific. Our first project involved a floor to roof remodel of an old beach cottage, there were many unknowns when we started and lots of choices to be made along the way. TailorCraft consistently took the high road and helped us figure out how to make good choices, our home will easily last for another 75 years. I have worked with many contractors before, and there is often a moment where a lazy choice or a go cheap choice is made, that never happened with TailorCraft. The subs they used were also terrific, and we will use them again for general maintenance as needed. Our first job was finished on time and our current job looks like it will be too. Costs were reasonable and well explained, their online system for communication keeps all the details in one place and they always return phone calls. Thank you TailorCraft!”

“Our HOA hired the most professional team to do some work on our Community Center. Of three companies contacted for estimates, the Krause team answered quickest. They were able to come out within the same week and gave us an estimate. There were problems getting some special order parts to the repair and I was especially pleased that this company kept me in the loop at all times as to the delays. When the parts came in, the repairs were made immediately and they were done very well. The estimate held true and the work was done well. The office personnel were wonderful and friendly. I so enjoyed working with everyone. So much so that I have them coming to my own home next week to give me estimates on some much needed work under my own roof. Rather than dreading it, I am looking forward to the entire experience. I highly recommend this most professional and pleasant company.”

“We've been working with Rudy and Freddy since 2018 when they renovated our Great Room. They laid down the wood floors, installed new light fixtures, stained our beams, built and stained new steps and installed railings, and painted every room in our house! They are professional, timely, and clean up each day! I would highly recommend them, and when we're ready to renovate our kitchen we will be calling FRP Construction!”

“This husband and wife team were able to bring to life a powder room I had envisioned but couldn’t make happen. I had seen a sink and pedestal on Houzz and Pinterest that I loved but couldn’t find in the states. They were able to duplicate the design at a reasonable cost and pull together the rest of the bathroom for a complete look. Their communication skills are top notch, their employees were there when they said they’d be there, always neat and cleaning up as they went along.”

“The One Source team led by Todd has been outstanding to work with, and I can't recommend them highly enough. My home was severely damaged via fire and the insurance process was arduous. Looking for a GC I trusted was another painful process. I needed a partner committed to helping me create a new home - not just a house - and rebuild to the quality level needed for me to feel confident and comfortable. Todd has been phenomenal, from start to (almost!) finish. The care he has taken in making sure I'm getting what I want is a mark of true professionalism and commitment to real service. And, while Mother Nature dealt some blows that slowed us down and added to the statement of work, OS has worked to get us back on track, plus dealt with extra insurance paperwork.
