“I could not ask for a better experience! Brickwood builders are the most professional, knowledgeable, and quality group that we have ever encountered! Debbie and Ed know more about every detail of our remodel than any subcontractor or salesman in each and every area. For example, at our appointment with the cabinet company, Debbie knew as much or more about cabinetry and design possibilities than the cabinet designer. Debbie and Ed are kind people who are a pleasure to be around and have made this HUGE remodel an enjoyable and stress free experience. Also the individuals that are working daily at our home are also friendly, respectful, and hardworking. Several times I have been close to the work site and the guys have always been talking about work or nice, positive things. No one smokes nor have I found one cup or piece of trash from them even though they've been here almost 40 hours this week. We are highly impressed and beyond pleased with the skill and integrity of brickwood builders. They are the best!!!!”

“These guys were punctual, polite and had a great work ethic. They did more than one roof and finished them on the weekend. They cleaned up and let me use their magnet roller to pick up nails, which I really appreciated. I don’t think anyone could do that to please me! so it was a smart decision. I’d have no problem hiring them again.”

“We hired JLB Remodeling to renovate our kitchen in 2011. What a wonderful decision that was! Jamie Bowlin, the owner, listened to our concerns and our wishes and had great ideas to help solve some problems we were experiencing. He worked with us to stay within our budget and never tried to persuade us to do more. He provided us with a project notebook that outlined what work would be done each day and which sub contractor we could expect. These subs were professional, always on time, considerate and, more importantly, did beautiful work. A project manager, or Mr. Bowlin himself, was on site for all the work and at the end of each day the work area had been swept, straightened and cleaned up. The whole experience was a very positive one and we now have a beautiful and functional kitchen that we absolutely love. The following year we did a total renovation of our master bathroom. We didn't think twice - we called JLB Remodeling again - another positive experience with wonderful results!”

“We have been living in our custom built home by Builders MD for close to two years now and looking back we are so thankful we chose this team. What a wonderful experience we had and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again if we had to. Many people tell me building a home was a headache and stressful but we truly enjoyed it with Builders MD. From helping us find the best lot to getting the mailbox just right, they were thorough and intelligent and helped me make decisions that I didn't know where to start with. Along the way there were money saving tips given and good value encouraged. I could trust David to give me an honest answer and steer me in the correct path. He and the team never wasted time. If they could be out working they were. We were given accurate estimates and time frames. I trusted their judgement on many things and was so glad I did. “We Hired KC's Home Improvement to do several projects for us. From the first meeting with Richard, Project Estimator to the completion of the Projects with Jason and his team this company has continued to set a high standard of craftsmanship and professionalism. We started them out with a small French door project, this job was completed on time and within budget. On the second project we entrusted them to turn a storage room into a finished Marine/Dad's Man cave. All work passed all City Building Code inspections and the craftsmanship was equal to or better than the home builders work. The contract was clear and the payment schedule was fair. This is the only Company we trust with our home. Thank You KC's Home Improvement.”

When I know that he's to be the contractor for a project, I'm assured that it will be built according to the plans and will be a project that I'll use in my portfolio. His attention to detail and the construction process is unrivaled, as he is able to finish a project quicker and of better quality than most other builders in the area. “I am a Realtor and have been utilizing Louis Beratta with Lite Construction Services for the last couple of years. He has been very helpful to many of my clients on a variety of projects.
