“Fresh Start was excellent to work with from start to finish. They ordered a gorgeous reclaimed Heart Pine floor in our #1 Quartersawn grade for a high-end renovation job in Harvard Square. The job was well-organized and the schedule was budgeted appropriately to allow for flooring acclimation and installation times. Jobsite was neat and orderly and delivery was organized/executed well, despite the extremely narrow side street and tight driveways of the neighborhood. From start to finish, Fresh Start was easy to work with. They knew how to plan for and work with a high-end finish product and treated it and us with respect. Our experience working with them to patch historic white pine and Heart Pine floors in the area has been similar. We recommend their work to clients in the Boston area.”

“I live in New Jersey and have a few properties in Massachusetts. I needed work done on two of my properties. I normally send my team of guys up there when work or repairs are needed but this time I couldn't because of poor timing. I spoke to a handful of contractors over the phone. When I spoke to Chris from Develop X Properties, he reached my comfort level in the first minute of our convo. He assured me the work would be done within my budget and in a timely fashion. The most important part is that he kept me updated throughout the whole process. Chris was very responsive and very transparent. They did a fabulous job on both of my properties. “Provost Landscaping has been taking care of our lawn, shrubs, sprinkler system since our previous company closed. They fixed our sprinkler system which had been a huge problem for many years and planted arborvitae against our back fence along with much beds and it’s own sprinkler system.”

“We have used Carlos previously at our old house and he did a great job as we redid both bathrooms and installed new cabinets . His best quality is that he shows up EVERY day and is super detailed and responsive. His work is top notch and is very considerate by always cleaning up and taking his shoes off. He just refinished our basement in our new house and it looks amazing. Carlos is great at what he does but he is a better person. I cannot recommend him enough. I’m looking for more jobs so I can work with him again.”
