“This was our first time purchasing a new home and Hebert Homes was an amazing company to work with! After consultation with Nikki, we decided that we would build a new home. It was great to work with a professional who really took the time to understand my family and what we were looking for long term. I felt like we couldn't have gone wrong either way as their model homes were outstanding but we lucked out with our dream lot :) Nikki helped guide us through every step in the decision making process and ensured that we knew what was going on the whole time. They take pride in their work and you can tell in the final product. I have friends that have decided to go with other "large" building corporations and their experience hasn't been near the concierge experience my family had with Hebert Homes. They aren't building 300 homes a year so they have the time to help you and make you feel important. Hebert Homes provides a true costume home built with love. I would recommend anyone to Nikki or Mark at Hebert Homes!”

“We had a great experience with Xpand in the building of our two-story deck. Andy, our Project Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

“From consult and planning to construction and reveal- MNBR Homes made our big home project look and feel easy! After inquiring about a quote, David reached out almost immediately and was available to meet and discuss our project within days. During the consult David was kind and easy to talk to; we talked about our plans, timeline goals, and budget. He was honest about what he thought he could do for us and when- no pushy sales pitches or gimmicks! David was just as excited as we were and assured us our dreams could soon be reality. Once started, David and Joe made the entire design and construction process a breeze! We were told who to meet with, where to look, etc. in regards to flooring, countertops, cabinets… Truly, all we did was make choices, tell the team what we wanted, and MNBR Homes made it happen! Work, stress, and effort on our part was minimal! We were kept up to date in regards to work being done, questions were always answered quickly and efficiently, and the construction crew was professional and friendly. Our kitchen and living room have been transformed from small and outdated to open, functional, and beautiful! We are so thankful for MNBR Homes and look forward to working with them in the future. Thank you!”

“We looked at single family detached homes for nearly 2 years. We looked at new construction and existing homes from far south suburbs to far west and north suburbs. Everything of the quality we were seeking was highly priced or had association fees that were extremely high. We found the Pratt development in Hugo and bought a lot the same day. The quality of these homes is very high, the pricing is very reasonable. We stopped nearly every day during the building process and the quality of the craftmanship was superior. They bend over backwards to make it a wonderful experience for the buyer. We love everything about our new home.”
