“I promise once you invite Regina "Gina" Pace into your home she will also become a part of your heart! Gina is the first contractor we have ever had the opportunity/pleasure to work with and unfortunately for her she will be the last. She is hired for projects we haven't started yet. “After seeing some work done by MIH Consulting, we were able to meet with Dia Hunter to discuss our basement project. Right away his professionalism stood out as he verbally took us through the steps of the project. Following our initial consultation, we met at his office to cover the detail and cost of our project. Our project entailed various phases and the respective specialist that were assigned provided quality work. Mr. Hunter reviewed the quality of the work performed before moving on to the next phase of the project, always checking with us to see if the work and progress was meeting our expectations. “JFS Construction built our custom home on Lake Oconee, Georgia. Mr. Jason Smith, owner, was very detailed oriented, was always on site, and listened to our concerns and suggestions. He was very patience, professional, and just an all round great business man. Our home was finished in 5 months and came in right on budget. We hired JFS Construction again in 2012 to complete a bathroom, wine cellar and mud room in our basement. Again, his company did an outstanding job. When we decide to complete the rest of our basement, we again we be calling JFS Construction to work with us.”

“Trey Robinson, Prime Construction, added a 700 sq ft addition to our existing 28 year old 2 story home. He added a master bedroom on the main level, a 6 fixture bathroom and a walk in closet over a full unfinished basement. The constitution included demolition of a side porch, repairs to the living and dining where the addition joined, and extensive grading and tree removal. The construction only took 4 months to complete and living in our existing home was not disruptive. All the subcontractors he used were professional, competent and respectful of us and our home. We are more than pleased with the process and the results, and it has made our home much more livable.”
