“In January 2014 we had a total kitchen remodel done by Stellar. The old kitchen was small, outdated and dysfunctional. They removed everything and expanded the kitchen footprint. We supplied the flooring, cabinets, counter top, back splash, appliances, sink, faucet and hardware. Total cost was $29,000 for labor. The transformation is amazing and we still get compliments from everyone who sees it. Overall it was a good experience. We lived in the house while the renovation took place, which is not something I would recommend, but they were able to work around us and after about 3 months we have a "stellar" home.”

Paul and his team completed our home on time, on budget and made the whole process efficient and easy. “Pete Lugo, working with Kinetic Partners, used his creative architectural expertise to design a warm yet contemporary Italian farmhouse for us by carefully listening to our ideas and thoughts, which were totally unique to the traditional Tuscan style. We met once and provided pictures and ideas of floor plans and he listened carefully to ensure we incorporated our personal needs and desired. Although the we expected the process to take quite some time, we were shocked when he came back the first time with an architectural plan of our dreams. He was open to new materials and concepts, varying ceiling heighths, and ensuring the plan would allow us to live comfortsbly, including grandchildren and dogs! We are now on the current cover of Luxery Home Magazine.”

“Trevor Glidden has performed two major projects for me and a master bath remodel. T J Glidden Construction has exceeded my expectations each time. Trevor, his employees and subcontractors have always been professional and polite ( our grandkids were often with us). He worked incredibly well with our architects and interior designers and kept the integrity and feeling of our over 100 year young Tahoe Home. Trevor completed the projects on time and on budget. I highly recommend T J Glidden Construction in all regards. Now the third major remodel interior and exterior to our Beautiful Old Home on Lake Tahoe which was originally surrounded by 25 acres of land and accessed by horse and buggy. His skill in maintaining our home’s antique quality while updating all mechanical and physical quality has been superb. We recommend TJGlidden Construction at the highest in all facets!”

“Being new to the area, I found Lovett Building by pure chance. I assumed I'd have to meet several contractors before finding a match. Not so! Ben Lovett can handle everything from design to digging, foundations to fancy, paint to plumbing. But beyond being a capable creative contractor, Mr. Lovett has ideas and vision. I was embarking on a total remodel of a shabby 1940's miners cabin, and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing! And yet, I knew a lot about how I wanted it to feel in the end. So I needed a very patient builder who was also an astute listener. And naturally, I also needed someone honest, hard working and communicative. Lovett Building met all these needs, in addition to all the basics: accountable, thorough, and stayed within budget and timeline. The process (1 year) was fun and interesting, and I am now living in my dream home. Could not be happier!”
