“Naz and the entire team at Public Plumbing did an exceptional job with our small bathroom renovation. From the beginning Naz was an excellent communicator (one of the reasons we chose them ). The project was completed on time and on budget. We were highly appreciative that Naz never tried to "up sell" us and in fact talked us out of some ideas that would have put us over budget and been of little value in the long run. We are so pleased with the final result and will not hesitate to refer our friends and family . We are highly impressed with the tidy work site they left everyday; very professional. “We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“We engaged Battiston Construction to extensively renovate our entire 2000 square foot condo and are very pleased with the result. Where changes had to be made along the way, the rationale was explained to us. And when we wanted to make changes, these were accommodated when possible. Most of the workers were professional and kept things relatively tidy as they worked (we were not living in the condo except toward the end of the renovation). Luciano Battiston is very knowledgable and made helpful suggestions and creatively solved problems as they arose. His standards are high and he wants the result to be first rate, which it is. In addition, the job was completed as per the quote. However, the timeline ran a bit longer than expected and by the time the finishing touches were required his crew had moved on to another job and it became frustrating getting the final things completed. That said, as minor things have arisen since completion of the job, Luciano has been quick to come by or to send one of his crew to address them and we have very much appreciated the continuing attention he has given us. Renovations are often stressful and full of frustrations (and we had our share), but our experience with Battiston was mostly very positive. We would certainly use Battiston again and highly recommend this company.”

“I had a problem with leaking curb mount skylight on my back porch. I made a service call in the evening, and Serge came early next morning. He inspected the porch and the skylight and found a much bigger problem. The next day his guys replaced the skylight and fixed the porch. They ended up saving me thousands. Highly recommend them. They are responsive, courteous, and professional. Thank you.”

“Gianluca is more than a contractor and it shows. He is very good at what he does. He has fostered exceptional relationships with top-notch trades. He listens and is very responsive. His standards are exceptionally high. He is proactive, and he understands how best to work with clients and guide them through the renovation process. This was our first renovation experience. We changed the flow of the main floor, gutted and expanded the kitchen, moved a wall, windows and a fireplace, and gutted the bathroom and main bedroom closet. Carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, HVAC and electrical were required. We interviewed several contractors, checked references and hired the contractor we thought could do the job. As the project progressed, we realized it was not working out. Mid-job the mistakes and delays became apparent and after much frustration we had to part ways. The project was a mess. One of our suppliers suggested Gianluca. What a relief – the difference was night and day. He quickly and thoughtfully assessed the situation and uncovered problems we did not know we had. We looked forwarded to working with Gianluca and his team each day they arrived on site. Gianluca provided accurate assessments of the work required and completed the work on time and on budget. The results were what we had hoped for, and in some areas better than we expected. Gianluca, all we can say is thanks.”

“2nd time around with Sosna and their team. Current project was 3 bathroom renovations but because of time restrictions we decided on completing main bathroom now and deferring 2 remaining bathrooms until a latter date. Project was for complete renovation including new fixtures and painting. Project started and finished when indicated. Workmanship, again, was perfect. They stuck to timeframe were amazing with all our questions along the way. Project turned out amazing, time commitments met. Can't wait to complete other 2 bathrooms.”
