“I engaged The Construct Group, when I was renovating extensively my house in Gisborne. Peter Lewin meticulosley organised all the trades, and had every thing very well managed. The workmanship from demolition to completion was excellent. I am extremely happy with the work undertaken and the end result. “Chris and his team are amazing. Communication, honesty and transparency is second to none - compared to the other local well renowned Brisbane builders (the ones all over facebook and instagram) Chris was a breath of fresh air. Chris has worked extremely hard with us to realise and deliver our ambitious and challenging (oversized!) project in Clayfield. Right in the thick of unprecedented increasing material prices, rising interest rates and availability of labour and materials - Chris has been in the trenches with us, helping us navigate this volatile time in the construction industry, working closely with us to look at options where we can save money. Chris is a problem solver, always positive and has been resilient, a rock for us, in the face of what have been some very adverse and unique situations. We have been so happy and impressed with Chris and his team on our $1m+ project - their professionalism, workmanship, quality of work and work rate is phenomenal. Although our project is not yet finished, we have no doubt that it will meet (and no doubt) exceed our expectations and make reality what we have been dreaming about for the past 6 years. “Dan and Lee were excellent (again) when we did a major bedroom/bathroom renovation for 2 rooms. Right from the planning and discussion of ideas, through to choosing finishes, tiles etc they were more than helpful. Between them, Dan & Lee (and their team) had all the knowledge and skills required to address every aspect of the job, including communicating really well with us. It was such a relief knowing that we were in great hands - we trusted them (we had engaged A Rolley and Sons previously) and knew they would listen to us and do a fabulous job. “Fulfilled all aspects of both jobs The lift install was a challenge involving cutting through the concrete floor all done with much less mess and inconvenience final completion was perfect and left us totally satisfied The onsuite was a similarly process successful effort with minimal disruption to our daily life every effort to a keeping dust ,mess was done and w Must say very successfully achieved The completed on suite ( really a complete rebuild) was excellent and full filled our expectations rob a tee Very happy with the whole experience”
