“Notion did my kitchen. Natalia and I picked everything together, and she personally worked to oversee the crew daily. We stayed on budget and my kitchen is the centerpiece of the house and the perfect Italian girls kitchen I wanted. Start to finish, done in four weeks, with minimal disruption to my active family. Hoping we do my main bath/basement this spring!”

It was great to hear an enthusiastic yes and I felt comfortable to give them some creative freedom. Not only were the designs we collaborated on unique, but the attention to detail and execution were impeccable. As a woman with no knowledge of construction, Pittsburgh Property Remodeler's process and transparency, made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the transaction. I was able to see detailed pictures and notes on what to expect at each step and what was done each day. All the employees were respectful and kept my space clean and neat. I want to buy another house, just to see what cool designs we could come up with.”

“Brett was very professional and prompt. We needed to have some things done to our house before we listed it for sale. He came out gave us a quote and started the work within days. He worked 8 hour days and was on time everyday. Our kids were sad to see Mr. Brett go because he was very personable. Would highly recommend him.”

“Our rental property sustained roof damage during high winds and rain earlier this month exposing the wood roof above an occupied townhome. A call was made to Holmes Build when the damage was discovered the next evening. The owner was at the property within an hour to assess the roof damage and securely tarp the exposed areas as more rain and wind was expected that evening. The repair and replacement of shingles was completed efficiently by 2 professionals with minimal disturbance to residents in the building and all damaged material was bagged and hauled away. We highly recommend Holmes Build, LLC .”

“My wife and I lack the 'vision' needed to see the potential of an open space. A Google search led us to Pittsburgh Design and Remodeling, and we reached out to inquire about their basement design services. The design agreement consisted of an initial phone consultation, several 3D renderings (which were updated based on our feedback), and ultimately a neatly packaged pdf file with all of the information. Jeff (the owner) asked all the right questions to get the conversation started and paid close attention to our responses. He presented some interesting ideas that we otherwise would not have come up with. He is friendly, professional, and did exactly what we contracted him to do. We would highly recommend his design services. I should add that our agreement was for design services only. No actual work was performed on the basement so I cannot comment on that part of the business.”

“So professional and knowledgeable. Came on time and they were able to solve our range vent issues in a fast and efficient way. They found a way to reconfigure the existing range hood so that we did not have to purchase a new one!!!!! Highly recommend this company for soooo many areas-landscaping, remodeling etc.”
