“Fine Remodel transformed my basement walkout and patio into a showplace while also resolving issues I had with drainage and water collecting near my home's foundation. They installed a remotely located French drain and remodeled my patio with paving stones to create a work of art. Their crew was courteous and always cleaned up after the days work, keeping the work area safe for my family and looking neat. The work was performed within budget and on schedule, while giving me advance notice of what work was being performed, and when. They have my highest recommendation. Glen Hawkins”

He is professional and a great communicator about the project. Throughout the project we have been impressed by the respect and integrity demonstrated by his crew members. “This is the second project that Bruce and Dave and BLU Company have completed for us (complete remodel of a bathroom). We would not have hired them for the second job if we had not been very pleased with the work they did for us the first time around (complete remodel of a kitchen and floor). They and their crew (and sub-contractors) are very conscientious and professional. We found everyone involved in both projects to be meticulous, resourceful and a great pleasure to work with. They listen very carefully, provide (and honor) reliable estimates, do great work and are clear in communicating their timelines. My wife and I are happy to give them our highest recommendation.”

“My wife and I had pleasure of working with Dwellify on our kitchen remodel in Farmington. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and turn-key process is superior. We were able to meet with a designer to hand pick each detail of our kitchen and customize not only materials but the new layout as well. Then their team came to our house and did all the right things – they covered our floors, kept the work space clean and finished on time. Best service in the market.”

“Jordan is a fantastic general contractor who is a joy to work with. He flawlessly executed a complete remodel of our vacation home which entailed moving walls, and touching every room and every surface. He also completed remodel work that transformed a condominium that we owned. Jordan is a skilled craftsperson and uses a group of talented sub-contractors who obviously respect his expertise. His attention to detail and organization are outstanding. He easily manages people and materials acquisition. During our projects I was not always onsite, so I especially appreciated Jordan’s responsiveness and communication skills. I could not recommend Jordan more highly. “Powell's Pro has remodeled three of our houses over the past 20 years, most recently our 1926 Cape Cod. Rodger and crew have remodeled the entire first floor-- Kitchen, DR, LR, 2 Bathrooms and a master BR. Rodger has very good ideas, and is willing to accept a lot of input--I gave him a Houzz portfolio for my master bathroom, and it is my favorite room of all of his remodels--he used the portfolio to realize exactly what I had in mind. For all of my many projects, Rodger's crew came on time, communicated each day with me about the progress and explained thoroughly any delays or extra expenditures. While they may not be the "lowest bidder," the feedback I have received from others doing similar remodels is that most bids end up being off by 15-20%--this isn't true with Powell's Pro. We have had a very positive experience.”
