“We engaged Creative Build Interior Design right after we started our new construction. We have been working with designer Melissa for kitchen design, color (exterior and interior) selection, vanity selection, light fixture, tile design/selection, hardware selection and etc. for the whole house. Melissa has provided very professional and valuable advice during the whole project and made our life much easier. She quickly helped us to find out our style (we often do not realize what we really like) and found something that fits our style and also in the right trend. We become more and more rely on Melissa's taste and advice. Melissa always stays on top of things and does things in the right order. She is very passionate about the work and often goes beyond the initial scope of the work to make sure that we get all the advise we need. The house turns out to be great and we reality love it! We received a lot of compliments from all the people who worked there and friends who stopped by. Everyone told me that they like the colors, kitchen, lights and everything. The house looks elegants and different from the spec houses on the market. We are thankful that we engaged Creative Build Interior Design for our new house and we felt we are lucky to work with Melissa. I would recommend their company and Melissa to my friends.”

“John from Loridon was our last bid. From the moment he looked at our plans we knew he was the one for the job. We had total confidence! It was just like the Line- save the best for last! It was a total transformation . We made a contemporary home totally traditional. All his workers were great. We felt like it was white glove service. We also were tarped for 10 days with monsoon rains. But John handled it all perfectly. Him and his team are all extremely talented. Not only did they build us a beautiful home but their detail with azek is beautiful! We are just about to rip out our existing sidewalls on the inside staircase and add a railing and moldings and because it Loridon we have total confidence. We would have total confidence to recommend them for any size job - because it will be aggravation free! Also- John has Diana who is the go to person for all your needs. She is amazing and a real take charge person! We couldn't have been happier with the workmanship and all the workers! My husband was expecting this construction to be a nitemare and it was just the opposite! It was a grea experience Again ... we couldn't be happier! Again- we owe it all to John from Loridon planning and design!”

“I really can't say enough good things about Sound Harbor Development . They had built my house and the last thing to do was the basement which has just been finished . The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house . The contractor is a well renowned builder but such a personable person who's vision far exceeded my wildest expectations .I would highly recommend this to anyone ! if your lucky enough to get them .”

“We are completing a full house renovation and hope to be done in July of this year and so far, on schedule! Creative Design has done an amazing job with all of the details. My husband and I have asked many times to revise/change things along the way and the team has gone above and beyond to make it happen. Creative did our first renovation back in 1999 and we had no doubt that they would do a great job when we hired them again for the entire house. We would recommend Creative Design to anyone without hesitation. They are extremely skilled and very professional!”

“We are currently working with DDS on a significant exterior project that includes; roof, siding, masonry, and landscape design and we could not be happier with the services that are being provided! The attention to detail and professionalism is unparalleled. We have had several contractors provide us estimates and simply hand us a catalog to select materials with no guidance whatsoever. Edwin approached the project from an artistic point of view and was able to provide us with an image of what the house would look like upon completion which literally took all of the guess work out of the equation. Their team of contractors are very mild mannered and approachable and take the extra time each day to clean up and leave the work area spotless. “Steve and the team at Sterling Construction are awesome. We did a huge renovation that most homeowners would be hesitant to do without an architect. Steve has all the design and installation knowledge anyone could hope for. From demolition to finish carpentry, his teams are great. The work was neat, timely and above all done to the highest standards. Having Steve on the job everyday gave us the confidence and assurance that our project would be completed as contracted. We were able to make some design changes during the job that only enhanced the beauty of our whole house renovation. You'd be hard pressed to find another GC that would do that.”
