“Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”

“Area: North Druid Hills Structure: Townhouse Work Type: Mold Remediation Finding black mold in your place can be a very daunting prospect. I had another construction company renovate my place but ended up puncturing a drainage pipe inside the hall closet, without my knowledge. Several months later, I was already moved in only to discover it. I am so glad that Nate from DSP came to the rescue. They saved me from having to juggle multiple companies (mold remediation specialists, plumber, drywall) and did an outstanding job at a fraction of the cost. Not only was it done in a few hours, I had the peace of mind that it was done the right way the first time. I highly recommend DSP for any job- big or small, as the whole team takes care of your property like it's their own. “Hamid is a great builder and very resourceful guy. We worked with Hamid on the addition project at our house and we loved the outcome! He was always around to check on his subs, he made suggestions and did the work so timely and on budget. Recently he has also become a business partner. I am an interior designer and we work together on projects all the time. I couldnt ask for a more knowledgeable, patient, resourceful, and professional contractor to work with. Just like when he did the work for us, he always so nice and able to resolve any issues and we loved working with him, my clients are now the same way. I love having Hamid as a business partner and friend. He does really quality work!”

“Carl Mattison Design is truly a full service design house. Carl met with my husband and I a few months prior to begining our kitchen and bath remodel project. He helped us to think through many different options for our space. He was very creative and came up with a design proposal which utilized our kitchen space in a way we had never considered. At first we were hesitant to make such a dramatic change in our almost 100 year old house, but ultimately we selected this design- dubbed "The Ultimate" and we could not be happier! We discussed budget with Carl at the onset of this project and he never lost sight of that parameter. When my husband and I decided to increase our budget, Carl was the one who keep us realistic and worked to help keep cost down. In a house as old as ours it's not surprising that quirks and problems arose. Carl never gave up on finding the most practical, budget friendly solution and was always available to meet when we needed him. He also made himself available to our contractor which made the process smoother when quick decisions or details were needed. Carl helped us to narrow down difficult choices for small and large decisions and always replied quickly when I problems arose. He is always on time and also fun to work with! I happily recommend Carl Mattison Design to all my friends and neighbors who have come to check out our new and beautiful space!”

“Jason completed a gutting of my master bath and we couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome, it has totally changed our appreciation of our house! Jason was honest with the challenges of some of our requests-switching the location of bath and sinks, and a tight space for the toilet. Although we ultimately were able to accomodate all of them, I appreciated the upfront concerns. I was most impressed with the quality of the work and of his subcontractors. Tiles were laid impeccably, everything was done exactly as we discussed. Many of the features came out better than expected-lighting, cabinet quality...the bathroom far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely hire Arc & Angle again for future renovations.”
