“Gil Construction exceeded our expectations in so many ways. They were prompt and courteous and did excellent work in adding a bathroom to existing space. Jim Elliot, the owner, suggested a better placement for the bathroom which resulted in a much better bathroom and came in on budget. Additionally, their estimate was the best we received. They were all a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond in everything they did. For additional house projects I will absolutely consult them first.”

“We have used Adlich Renovations for several projects ranging from pulling out bushes around the house to gutting out both bathrooms to make room for a second shower. For the larger scale projects they were particularly helpful in finding a number of options at varying price points for us to consider. Because of this we never felt forced into a decision. For all of these projects it has been great working with Brandon and Alia. They consistently listen to our ideas when we have a vision and are helpful with brainstorming when needed. In developing a backyard entertainment area it was nice to see they were as excited as we were to ensure the end result was the best possible version of what we had envisioned. “We had a great experience with Warner Custom Homes from start to finish. David understood and adhered to our budget. He worked with us and got the house we wanted within our budget. We worked with two other contractors that never got within our budget. Budget was the deciding factor in selecting Warner. Warner delivered the house on schedule. David was available throughout the process and easy to work with. Save for a few punch list items the house has been trouble free. We would highly recommend Warner Custom Homes.”

“HomeMadons, Inc. completed a small job for me. He replaced my laundry room door which was semi-basic. They retrofitted a door that required mortising of hinges and used new hardware. The new door with frosted glass and stencil picture pops the area and really makes it stand out! He and his crew were extremely professional, on-time, and worked within my tight schedule! I would highly recommend them for any work and will be using them in the future!”

“We chose this contractor over several others to renovate the kitchen and bath of our row house on the basis of two considerations: seeing the work he had performed for others, and the thoughtfulness he exhibited in addressing all of the many questions we had about his approach to our specific needs. Although the project is in progress, expect to be completed in about a month, we have been pleased all along the way with the workmanship and obvious appreciation for maintaining a look consistent with an older home. The dialogue has been excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others, and will likely use them again, should we need work done in the future..”
