“Ron is a professional all the way from start to finish! He has done a number of projects for me all to my satisfaction. His prices are fair and his work is quality. He’s done luxury vinyl flooring throughout my home, all new kitchen quartz countertops, cabinetry work, tile work, electrical. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!!!”

“I engaged House on the hill Construction to build a world class Lash Studio called Dekalash in Castro Valley (salon) and I am so happy . Not only the work was done beyond my expectation , the team took care of all the coordination with all the parties .. I never had to visit the site and my staff love the beautiful studio. They are always accessible , kept me informed of all the progress and I don't have words. I have already referred them to my fellow franchise and they are my future construction partners . You are always welcome to take a tour of their work at Dekalash Castro Valley and you will know what I am talking about . Besides construction, the team also did all the assembly of furnitures , pictures etc etc I am recommend with highest possible recommendation .”

“We hired Adrian for our covered Patio and outdoor kitchen project. He immediately contacted an architect and engineer for the drawings and plans. He was extremely easy to work with and available at a moment's notice with our questions and concerns. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend him for your home project. We absolutely love the outcome of our project and the quality of the work performed. I have high standards and he met those by far, as well as his great disposition. “I hired CEDB to do a complete remodel on my kitchen. I have nothing but high marks to say about Susan. She is excellent in her communication; very prompt. She is very capable to handle all the decisions for a project if that's what someone wanted but she is also happy to collaborate and incorporate the owner's ideas. She has a great rapport with the sub-contractors and works with them often which results in high quality work in a timely manner and the finish work actually gets completed! Compared to when I acted as the contractor for a previous kitchen remodel i can say that hiring CEDB made it so much easier.”

“In February 2023 I took 3 bids to tear down an old redwood deck and replace it with a Trex deck. I chose Rob Kurk Construction. His bid was very competitive. He had excellent references, great communication skills, he is professional and easy to talk with. He has good listening skills and responsive to my requests or changes. Rob and his crew built a beautiful 12'x80' Trex deck with iron railings and three flights of steps in the amount of time and price Rob had originally stated.
