“I recently had my deck completely re-built by KCT, and they did not disappoint. Right from the initial quote to the end of the job these guys did exactly what they said they would, and even upgraded some items to ensure it turned out top-notch. Kyle, Chase, and Trevor were professional, they showed up everyday, and communicated well throughout the process. They built the deck per my specifications, and were very responsive to my questions and additions that were requested mid-project. Every time they came across a decision in building, their choice was always the way that made the deck better, not quicker/easier. The project included new wood flooring for the entire first floor, four different tile projects, installation of a glass railing system, custom wood wall covering as well as several small projects. The craftsmanship of everyone involved was fantastic. The attention to detail throughout the project was amazing. “From the moment we met Brian Meiste, we knew that his home building approach was different from his competition. The warm smile from Amber when we walked in made us feel welcome. Brian gave a good picture of how they work (it turned out that he was absolutely sincere) and was happy to meet with us any time and show us other homes that he built in the area. Our design consultants, Abbey and Heidi, were so well organized and helpful. They actually knew what we would like before we even saw it! The project management team of Kevin and Zach kept things nicely on track. Every promise was made good on and they worked within our budget. Now that we have moved in, we couldn’t be happier. They followed up on our punch list, which was short. Our dream house really is a dream - it was fun to work on and stress levels were very low. Thank you, Meiste Homes!”
