“We hired Gemini to complete some major remodeling in the upstairs of our split level - bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. They combined 2 small bedrooms into a large master bedroom with walk-in closet - moving doors and closets in the hall and other bedroom. They combined 2 small bathrooms in to one large bathroom with updated features. They demolished a defined three room living, dining, and kitchen into a large open area with support beams in the ceiling to hold the load. New open kitchen area is unbelievable - cabinet design and layout, granite countertops, and tile floor combination is warm, classy, and beautiful. Gemini did a good job dealing with all our changes through the project. They were friendly, professional and always cleaned up after themselves. Excellent quality and good people to work with.”

“From the moment we walked into the Smith Development Corporation home in the 2014 Parade of Homes, we knew Steve Smith was the builder we wanted to have build our home on Atwood Lake. He worked diligently to give us every detail on our wish list and yet be respectful of our budget. He listened to the details that were important to us and managed to incorporate each one into our plan.
