“We have had two projects completed by Abe. The first job was in 2014. That job was to install balusters/rails/newel posts/half newel post/staining upstairs and down the stairs after we had the floors replaced with hardwood. The work was impeccable and he is very courteous and clean. Everything is straight and strong. The second job was this summer at our cabin. This job was an addition of a large PVC deck and framing, pella sliding door, cedar shakes on the back and side of the house, and a new service door for my garage. Again we have no complaints and the work is spectacular. Abe created a whole new living space for us up at the lake and we love it. The Pella sliding door looks like it has always been there. This is a log cabin too so not traditional framing which ups the difficulty level. No problem for Abe. We will continue to use Abe for projects around our home and cabin.”

“Professional, courteous, honest, precise, fair, reliable, and quality performance. Mark Anderson and Terry Hammack are hands on contractors with highly skilled crews. I used them 20 years ago to remodel our 1920s four square house. They stayed true to the design of the home and the work they did is structurally sound and timeless in design. This year we hired them to build a 26 x 12 combination den, bath, laundry room addition. Even the neighbors are amazed at how Anderson & Hammack have created a space that appears as though it were part of the original construction. Seamless design. They are not the lowest bidders but not the highest either. They pay their crew competitive wages and benefits and treat them like family. In turn, their crew are held to the highest quality workmanship. The job site is always neat and clean at days end. We are excited for the project to be underway and glad to have Mark & Terry managing the job.”

“I hired J&R Sundberg to participate in the renovation of an history mansion in Duluth and found them professional, attentive, dependable and cost effective. The project we worked on together (this is my third with them) was large in scale and required that they used workmen who understood and appreciated the importance of doing the job well and that cost was not the most important factor. Jim Sundberg and I were talking about the job and he said something I found refreshing..".if you overcharge a customer, you're stealing".”

“Last summer our family of 7 lost our home in an electrical fire and left us needing to find a builder. Anchor Building Corporation was my first and only call. Over the past few years i had seen him building other homes in our area and was impressed by the speed at which they were able to get them up & built. Scott has always been very easy to communicate with, he helped us design our own family customized floor plans and then followed through and delivered with excellent results! Scott and his crew built it through the winter working long Mon-Fri hours plus many Saturdays and even a few Sundays. He took the time to get to know our family and understood our needs. We LOVE the home he built us! I would highly recommend him to anyone out there that is looking for an experienced, dedicated contractor that knows what he's doing.”
