“After purchasing our new (to us) home, we knew we wanted to add back-yard access via a sliding glass door in one of the bedrooms. After closing, we contacted Great Divide Builders for a quote and a timeline. We worked out the details, and ordered the door with them. This project was small for them, but they worked us into the schedule and got it installed in less than day. Door and install are great!”

“Fox Construction was great. Sarah Fox was very professional and delivered what was promised on time. We've done new construction and remodeling before and it can be a trying experience, but not with Fox Construction. We were not on site during the remodel but Sarah would send reports and pictures during all phases. It was a pleasurable experience; a word not usually associated with remodeling. We would definitely use Fox Construction again.”

“MMH built my fabulous Mountain Contemporary home in Red Sky Ranch. MMH helped solve design problems and value engineered the project. MMH was a delight to work with being very professional and quick to respond to any questions or problems. During excavation we had to remove 500 tons of boulders from the site. MMH found a buyer for the boulders to help reduce the expense. MMH was on time and on budget. We would highly recommend them as a first class hands on builder in the Vail Valley. MMH will be building my next home.”

“We first started working with DM Neuman in 2000. At that time there was a lot of building in our area, so we interviewed several builders and architects. Many were 1 or 2 man operations and we kept hearing about the difficulties getting subcontractors. We looked at properties they had built and spoke with several of their subs. They started our home in March and we moved in the day before Thanksgiving, on time and on budget! In 2008 we used them to build a large addition which also came in as promised. Over the years we had minor issues, especially before we moved in full time and they were always there to advise and help. as you can see, I can't say enough great things about DM Neuman's company and professionalism. “Did a great job building my house. It turned out to be well built. Close to budget and under a year to build! Tony Rutgers has assembled an A team with dedicated foremen and supervisors to get the job done. He has subs that show up and get the job done and he is fair with the pricing of fixing mistakes. He and his crew are all delightful to work with. They worked very well with my designer, Michael Paxton.”

“Easy to work with, even when things come up or go wrong. Honest to a fault. Well organized to be responsive and timely. Quality and details in workmanship are important to them. Transparent in bookkeeping. Easily accessible on a moment's notice. Works amazingly well with designer and with subs. Terrific follow-through. Genuine interest in my happiness. As enthusiastic about the outcome as I am. I have already recommended them to another owner who has hired them, and I would definitely hire them again. Mine was a full 2-story condo remodel after a fire, where we gutted the entire place, moved the plumbing walls, removed lots of walls and ceilings, and used very artistic designs.”
