“George Trojan is a gifted and talented professional. He excels in both general contracting of large building jobs as well as being a detailed perfectionist in finish carpentry projects. His work ethic and good humor along with his desire to please the customer make him a delight to work with. Working as the project manager in the rebuilding of my home after a fire, I found him easily accessible and available and immediately responsive to my questions, requests, and suggestions. The advice he provided on design was superb and his ability to grasp and handle a large number of challenges and problems made the job go quickly and smoothly. His practice of working through and completing one job before taking on another made me, as the customer, feel like I was his first and only priority. I would say that his character and integrity make him a contractor you can depend on and put your trust in. I recommend him without reservation.”

“Our project is not yet complete but at this point I can't say enough about the positive experience we have had with this company. Communication has been excellent. Attention to detail is great. The project has been on-schedule from the beginning. The sub-contractors working on the job have been terrific. And they clean up every night before leaving. We are very pleased and expect that when the job is done we will continue to be so.”

“After a year of searching for the right people to replace our attached carport we were happy to find Crossroads Contracting. From the first meeting with the project manager ( Nick), we could see that this was going to be a positive experience. Nick worked with us to design something that was both structurally superior and surprisingly affordable. In fact, we were so impressed with the workmanship that we hired them again a few months later to replace our porch. If you are looking for quality work at a competitive price , then look no further. “We hired JP Builders LLC to do extensive structural repairs, stonework, windows & cedar shakes to our camp in 2009 and again to our guesthouse in 2012. Jim and his crew did an excellent job. We feel very fortunate to have found them. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They kept us informed every step of the way, kept the worksite cleaned up every day, worked to keep costs down and finished in a timely manner. The work is impeccable! Again, the work is impeccable!! Jim has a gift of vision and artistry and he was able to marry the old structure and new together beautifully. We are constantly complimented on our property and we have Jim Parandes to thank for it. “Clint with grunt construction gave me an estimate, with the exception of some add-on's and changes, which were fully discussed and agreed upon, he stuck to the estimate! And again with the exception of some add-on's and changes which we again fully discussed and agreed upon he got the job done on the deadline we discussed! He does very professional work and we are very happy with the results. My wife and I would absolutely recommend him to others!”

“We cannot overstate the benefit of finding Cobb Hill Construction - a team of professionals who make it their practice to go the extra mile. They came at the recommendation of our initial architect and began attending design meetings. When we opted to switch design firms, Cobb Hill kept working with us to get us a realistic price, before we moved forward. From pricing the project to using project planning to keep us on schedule and within budget, Cobb Hill made the difference in giving us a fantastic experience. They have been doing what they do a long time and their business is built on straight dealing and assigning the right man/or woman for the job. I'm a Project Management Professional and my husband is an Engineer, so we were expecting a lot, and Cobb Hill delivered. Their staff were courteous, neat, qualified and always ready to help when we had questions or concerns. We cannot say enough about this company and its ability to meet and exceed expectations. Highly recommend - you will want to have them over to celebrate when your project is completed - we did!”

“Gerald does an excellent job, very hard working, creative with ways to fix problems easily and less expensively, and overall does an excellent job. He's quite professional and returns call promptly, plus does the work he promises in the specified timeframe. He has done multiple projects for us over several years, including painting the house, redoing decayed wood on porch, mending a fence, and once came urgently on a Saturday for a ruined ceiling (water damage). His work is clean and nicely done.”
