“I hired MACVEL to remove a multi flue chimney, close in the roof and reroof my house. The roof was very old and had multiple leaks that had been patched over a long period of time and there was a lot of damage. They did the job within the time they stated they would, and also within the quoted price. I also added a few items while they were working and they accommodated my request. The roof looks great, and the property was left as clean and neat around the house as it had been before the roofing began. I would hire them again!”

“I don't imagine it happens very often when someone has zero complaints about their contractor. This is one such case. From day one, Virginia and Debbie of Level Craft have been responsive, attentive, and focused on our project. We've yet to experience any gaps between subs -- in fact, there have been only one or two days total when someone hasn't been at our house working, so we've enjoyed efficient, noticable progress each week. Virginia and Debbie know their stuff and, more importantly, know how to execute a beautiful build. Highly recommend!”

“I was in desperate need of a bathroom and kitchen renovation before my entire family came into town for the Christmas holidays. I was concerned that I may have procrastinated on getting this project started and would not be able to get it completed on time. A friend highly recommended Superior Home Enhancement and I was more than pleasantly surprised when they ensured that they would be able to complete my very specific bathroom remodel before my deadline. The contractors were extremely professional and took the time to break down the entire project and were able to keep it a little under my budget. They were surprisingly tidy during the renovation and left no mess in other areas of the house at the end of the day. They were always willing and available to answer all my questions. Their high level of professionalism made the entire experience as stress free as possible during the renovation and their precise attention to detail resulted in a finished project that was exactly what I envisioned. “Carl Mattison Design is truly a full service design house. Carl met with my husband and I a few months prior to begining our kitchen and bath remodel project. He helped us to think through many different options for our space. He was very creative and came up with a design proposal which utilized our kitchen space in a way we had never considered. At first we were hesitant to make such a dramatic change in our almost 100 year old house, but ultimately we selected this design- dubbed "The Ultimate" and we could not be happier! We discussed budget with Carl at the onset of this project and he never lost sight of that parameter. When my husband and I decided to increase our budget, Carl was the one who keep us realistic and worked to help keep cost down. In a house as old as ours it's not surprising that quirks and problems arose. Carl never gave up on finding the most practical, budget friendly solution and was always available to meet when we needed him. He also made himself available to our contractor which made the process smoother when quick decisions or details were needed. Carl helped us to narrow down difficult choices for small and large decisions and always replied quickly when I problems arose. He is always on time and also fun to work with! I happily recommend Carl Mattison Design to all my friends and neighbors who have come to check out our new and beautiful space!”

“Tom came recommended to us by Renewal. After meeting with Tom and getting other estimates, we decided he was the one for the job. We were adding a screen porch and deck to our 1925 house and we felt Tom understood our vision. He dispelled any concerns we had due to our sloping yard and drainage problems.His crew graded and added drainage, removed a stone wall and built the porch into the slope in such a way that works very satisfactorily. I really had no idea what an improvement it would be.Tom was available by text or email or phone through out the whenever we had questions. He kept us up to date with the City of Atlanta permitting process and the inspection process.When the permits were recieved the work began almost immediately.The craftsmanship of his workers is of the highest quality and his crew were very diligent and showed good work ethic. Once the work got under way they were here every day.I can't say enough about how pleased we were to work with Tom on this project. We would recommend him to anyone looking to renovate. He is highly principled and the experience was a very good one.”
